The WORST PLACE EVER!! A MUST READ STORY!!!!! MUST READ ALARMING!! WENT TO GIVE URINE SAMPLE . .WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE RESTROOM AND USE A CUP FROM THE BASKET . I REACHED IN TO THE BASKET GOT A CUP ..SAT DOWN TO GIVE SAMPLE AND WHEN I OPENED THE CUP THERE WAS URINE RESIDUE THE SPILLED ON MY LEG GROSSSSSS.. I told the nurse and she gave a lot excuses ..when I left I checked to see if the basket was still there and it WAS ..filing a complaint with the board of health.. AND THEN ..the did not fill out my daughters health history form ,,as they said they never got it transferred from Reading Pediatric group .. Reading PEDS called me and assured me it was sent and I paid 25.00 for it to be sent .READING PEDS CALLED BACK AND HELPED ME ..recovered My daughters records out of storage and senT them to me at no fee .. READING CREST CALLED LATER TO TELL ME THEY FOUND HER RECORDS ..THEY HAD BEEN MISS-PLACED?? HUMM ...SO VIOLATIONS WITH THE Medical department and miss -placing medical document???? READING MEDICAL CREST should be shut down!!!!

I went there for the first time and when they tried to get blood samples it took 5 times to try to pull blood and they still didnt get it. They even tried handing me the needle to draw my own blood. Yeah can you say law suit. They dont have handicap bathrooms, I have to be embarrassed by letting the door open. Then they tried giving me an antidepressant pill that I used to be on years prior, that caused ceasors, tried to kill myself and ended up in a hospital 3 times and in Haven because I became catatonic. They dont take the time to know their patients and actually read their medical history. This place is something.

They have been my family physician for almost ten years. The reception area is rather unexciting and uncomfortable. Small parking lot but there is never a problem finding a place to park.
