I arrived just before 3:45 and the dr wasnt set to arrive for another 15 minutes, so they would not start checking people in until then. There were literally 2 people before me at the time. 4 oclock came, and it still took several minutes for them to call the first person up to register. My kids, ages 4 and 1, were playing around our seats, giggling, but being well behaved. After a few minutes, one of the receptionists scolded me and asked me to hold my children or sit them down. Again, there were only 2 other people in the waiting room, and neither of them seemed bothered by my kids entertaining themselves. Im sure any parent would agree that that is preferable to making them sit to get antsy or cry that they arent allowed up. I finally got called up to register, and then was seated for another hour before we finally got calied back. At this point there were 3 more people that came in after me. Another gentleman came in and the receptionist told him it would be an hour and a half wait, and that they were "very busy" tonight. Id hate to see what the wait would be if the waiting room was full, when its that long with only 4 people still waiting. Once we finally got called back, the nurse was wonderful and the dr came in maybe 2 minutes after the nurse walked out, and the dr was very nice and our visit was quick. But then I waited another 15 minutes just to receive the prescription print outs. Overall, I was very unimpressed and will not be going there again.

Im writing a review because Ive been going here for years.Everyone in this office is very friendly and helpful. They all do a great job.Someone else said something about the check out lady, but Ive never had an issue with her.or any of the receptionists they are friendly.You can usually get an appointment quick and they have good hours.Ive never waited more than 5-10 mins from the time I check in to the time I was back with the doctor.Which is really rare in a lot of offices.The man who does the labs is also friendly and quick. Doctor is great answering questions and just overall helping with my health.Very knowledgeable. Ive never had any issues with them in anyway and thats hard to find in a doctors office. I recommend them to everyone. If your looking at this because your thinking about using their services. Just give them a call. You wont regret it.Ive been to a lot of other offices in the area and its the best one.

I went to the urgent care today for symptoms that I have had for over a week with no relief from what I have been doing at home. I saw the PA Jenell before she even looked or touched me she asked if I had an ear deformity and then began to pull on my ear and ask if this hurt while I explained this was one of my symptoms she even did a drawing of me ear and said there is no sigh of infection but Ill give you drops do to what could be swelling of an ear infection or deformity. I asked her what about my symptoms of a cold and I assured her there is no deformity she said continue what your doing at her me. What a waist... I called my family doctor which is what I should of done in the first place and now Im on my way to pick up my antibiotic. Never again

lost 8 years of medical records, the doctor treated my blood pressure medicine like it was crack cocaine arguing with me about giving me a medicine Ive previously been on for years, and best of all wrote me a prescription for a medicine that previously almost put me in the hospital. i wouldnt recommend using this location or the doctor there that has a name I cant even pronounce. I wouldnt trust Dr Hridayesh to treat my dog.

dont bother going here, they wont help you anyway. Wasnt expecting a "wait until you have pneumonia then come back" kind of atmosphere but they are all basically the same, so if youre not sick and not about to die, just go to the hospital. Save yourself a trip.

Lovely place however, the checkout lady (thin, older, blonde) is always rude and makes it an unpleasant environment. Other than that, great service!
