Worst experience, buyer beware! Went there for convenience cause the place is a block from my house. The doctor scammed me into buying some drops I didnt need. Then the lenses... Horrible! Same experience as another post. Lenses are cheaply made and when worn will make you dizzy! Took the first pair back, had them recheck my script, made them get me a second set of lenses, still awful and the lenses still make me dizzy and nauseous ( even though they now have the "correct" script). Terrible experience, will never go back there again (unless its to tell them how terrible their glasses are or to let them know that Im filling a claim against them)! P.s. lenses are thicker around the edges, which causes the distortion around the edges to be significant, and thus the dizziness and naustia. Save yourself the time and trouble, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Im a real picky and hard to please a guy (ask my ex – wives). Ive been going to New World Vision Center since 2004 and have since purchased seven pairs of prescription glasses from them. The service and convenience of this place is amazing. Ive always been able to walk in on a whim and be serviced immediately. They always seem to have an optometrist on duty to quickly and thoroughly, examine my vision. The staff is low-key and extremely helpful and accommodating. In two instances, where I was being fussy and wasnt hundred percent satisfied with my progressive lenses, they quickly, and without objection, re-examined me and made the lens is perfect. The selection and styles of frames are very good; the prices are probably on the lower side of average; in the parking is ample. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Worst retail experience of my life! ~Manager changed price from 119 to 149 (how easy to change a 1 to a 4) ~Tried his very hardest to get me to accept the thickest, cheapest lenses with the wrong prescription and wrong material. He said: "You wear a couple of days..you get used to it" ( Yes, It will take a couple of days to get used to worse vision) ~Brought in my own sunglasses with polarized, mirrored lenses..very expensive. Which he stole the lenses from me. He said: "I dont know what lenses your talking about, Your sunglasses had no lenses" Final Thought: The manager at New World Vision is a terrible liar and a thief. Never go there! Hell more than likely rip you off too! A business model based on ripping people off.... Pathetic! ~No Stars~

I was totally unprepared for how great this was. Starting with the receptionist who went above and beyond in helping me understand what my insurance would/wouldnt cover, and even recommended some frames that she thought I might like (I did!). Dr. Sandra Bwint was so incredible. My husband and I both left there amazed, neither of us have ever had an optometrist be so...wonderful. She spent a lot of time with both of us individually, asking us questions about our lives and work and providing great recommendations based on our unique circumstances. I felt so cared for. Could not recommend this place enough.

My family and I have been going to New World Vision since I was a kid. It is a family-oriented and great eye care center. From my siblings and I getting a decade worth of contacts, glasses, and eye/vision test we have never complained about the service. The eye test are simple and straight forward. I have never had a problem and my prescription has always been perfect. The staff are all very helpful and a great language liaison between my parents and I. They have my orders prepared and ready in a timely manner. I have no complaints. I am and will be continuing my patient eye-care at New World Vision.

I paid a lot of money for a very expensive frame, I was expecting to have my glasses as I requested and paid for, they think I dont know that my lenses dont have the air coding, and many features I paid for. Compared to the pair of glasses I already have I can tell the difference, and on top of that I waited for like a month to get my order completed. Im never going back to this place, customer service is good, but they should check the orders before they handed in to the customers.

The eye doctor and process was fast and quick. The manager whom talks about the lenses, is a total prick who kept trying to persuade me for cool features to enjoy my glasses. Its pathetic. I felt scammed and my mother who also paid for the glasses. I felt bad she had to paid $209 for the glasses. Ill come back here if I have problems, but the manager better get a better business model when selling. I felt scammed for some odd reason.

My best place to shopping an eye glasses for many years. This office always took me as I walk-in and my eye exam was quick and very thoroughly. All of the staffs are very well trained and helped me what I need. The manager is very helpful training my contact fitting which I was hesitated to get it for couple years. I will strongly recommend for anyone need eyeglasses or contact lens.

I made an appointment, took my grandfather there for an eye exam. At first they said theyd accept his insurance, then they said theyd charge the money for an eye exam. But thats not the problem, the problem is that they let other people, who came after us to get their eye exam done first. And we were waiting for like an hour in their store. Horrible service!!

If I could give a negative stars I would, worst experience with an vision center I ever had. I got my eye tested and they gave me contacts that were totally wrong and then tried to convince me otherwise even though I couldnt even read the bathroom sign at the end of the hall. So much for the customer always being right.

My prescription was completely wrong. The doctor acted like he knew what he was doing but didnt. At least when I came to complain they fixed it for me. Well, I thought they did. I waited another two weeks and once I got my glasses, they were still wrong. Props for trying.

It okay. The doctor make u blow in your eye. If u dont they going keep doing it. But other then that, u come in and just come out. Fast. Quick. Put out the glasses u wanna. And they give u a call when it done.

I had my glasses done here. Not a day later the frame to my glasses broke and the lense came out. Brought it back to the store and they wouldnt reimburse or fix it for me.
