Bamboozled! I received my glasses on the 6th of May, and they did not have the prescription in them. I brought them back to them on 5/26/17 & it is now 6/27/17, and they cant offer me an explanation as to why I have yet to receive my glasses. First of all, when you call that office they always have a message that they will be closed for umpteen days, and when they are open they barely answer the phone. Today I placed a call to them only to be told that there is an issue with the lab. The receptionist had the audacity to ask, well did you get the letter we sent you last week explaining what is going on with your glasses, and I said absolutely not!!! I have called my insurance company to file a formal complaint and upon further investigation they called the lab and the lab stated that they did not receive the glasses back at all, which leads them to further investigate this office. I am displeased and dissatisfied, because these folks got paid and I cant see! Where do they do that at? I hope i can rate them a negative zero, but of course I cant that one star is a lie! They dont even deserve that! GOH

Iv been waiting for my eye glasses for almost 6 months and when i said i just rather go somewhere else they tell me there not gonna refund my money so today i called and ask again for my glasses the lady says can i give u a call back and NEVER calls absolutely unprofessional!!!!
