I took my teenage daughter there because she was diagnosed late with a lazy eye, and bad vision. Now her vision is worse and she has headaches and migraines , The Dr. there totally blew off her symptoms and complaints and said her vision is fine and she has no trouble seeing. Also got very personal in asking questions about her life, which I think I was inappropriate and made her very uncomfortable. In a way she felt like she was being judged.Also we waited an hour to see him, and no apology. I would no recommend him to anyone.The hour I drove there a waste of time.

Took my daughter here last year. She was a new patient. After waiting over an hour, she was examined by a nurse (I think she was a nurse). After another 20 minutes or so Dr. Muniz came in. He did not introduce himself. He said "whats up?". I was so angry at this point. We left without a prescription feeling stupid for having waited and for having chosen this place. We now go to a smaller practice where we feel respected and valued.

I would really give this place no stars but it wasnt possible. This place is unethical and breaking HIPPA (patient information laws.) They would not give me my complete eyeglass prescription unless I purchased glasses from them. Thats BS. I hope this dissuades other customers from being duped. Come on....this is 2016 and we have the right to buy cheaper online if we prefer

Waiting time is horrendous! On average an hour, in the waiting room, and some more in the actual office. Have been taking my mother here for years, and has not improved at all. Most of the time is spent with a nurse, not the doctor. Many times I got the impression that the doctor was in a hurry (of course he would be with so many patients) or just didnt have the answers.

I went there and paid my $50 and was charged for an appointment when all I saw was the 20 year old girl in a room. I never got to see the dr. she said she had to leave for an ppointment at a hospital in new Brunswick. I think that is unfair and certainly a rip off to pay for an appointment with a 20 ear old assistant. I came to see a dr not an assistant.

Paul Phillips does not care about you. He only cares about how many of us he can get to in an hour or so. From the time I was there and waiting ... I will say 12. No way can he attend to that many people and care for each patient with the utmost care and attention. Its all a cattle call . herd them in and herd them out.
