The intern who did my exam couldnt figure out what the right presrciption was for my eyes. The test pair he put on me didnt work and then he discovered it was because he didnt put the correct test lenses in. When the licenced optomologist came in, the intern gave the wrong info. about which eye i wore which lenses in just bc he didnt listen to me. Finally, sent me out with test pair of contacts with instructions to call back later (no date). I suggested 2 weeks. Well, i called yesterday, a friday at 3p and was told they all leave early on friday. Called back today and cant get through the phone messaging service that will only take info for emergencies only. Well, the office is supposed to be open until 4pm. I am really, so disappointed. Ive been going to eye institute for close to 20 years and some years are better than others but this is unacceptable. Im done! There is better, consistent care and Im going to find it.

I have been to this location and one thing that I do like is how clean and professional the DESK person is. On the other hand, the guy that works for the glasses section ( I cant recall his name ) should absolutely retire/ quit from his position there. There are people that are great but choose the wrong position to be good at. Mya I believe her name is, is so amazing she is absolutely professional and nice. Mya takes her time to make you feel comfortable and make sure she explains things in detail, and that I can absolutely appreciate. Another con to this location is that it is EXTREMELY HARD to get someone to pick up the phone at this location. Hopefully they work on that, some people like myself come from so far and if someone kindly picked up the phone it would make things so much better.

THE WORST!- BUT NOT AS BAD AS BEING MISUNDERSTOOD AT THE GODFREY AVENUE LOCATION, IF YOU LOOK TOWARDS HAVING YOUR EYEGLASS REQUEST SCREWED UP AT A PARTIAL COST TO YOU, THEN YOU HAVE SELECTED THE RIGHT VISION CENTER TO RECEIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DISGUISES POOR COMPREHENSION OF THE PATIENTS EXACT REQUESTS AND NEEDS! A GREAT FACILITY TO WASTE MONEY WHILE YOUR EYEWEAR CONCERNS GOES UNRESOLVED!

Made an appointment, but had to wait 2 months. They offered an appt on a specific day of the week, but I work during their business hours those days, so they offered the next day, which is the only day of the week that fits my schedule and I took it. When I arrived, they said I had been scheduled the previous day when I couldnt be there.

One of the worse places Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. On three different occasions the phone was answered and hung up. Four other times I have left a message and still I have not heard back as of yet! This is bad customer service and I would not recommend your company to a bug who needed services! You need to do better!

I had an appointment this morning at The Eye Institutes Chestnut Hill site. It was a pretty quick but thorough visit with both the student intern and resident making sure all of my concerns were well taken care of and questions answered. The staff and doctors were extremely friendly and helpful as well.

After waiting for my glasses for over 2 months, the lens are not fitted properly. I will be taking them back. The frames do not fit my face and the stems are to short. Ive paid to much money and waited a long time. So I might as well wait some more.

On a walk-in the gentleman nicely fixed my eye glasses which I had stepped on. He treated the elderly woman ahead of me very kindly though she was a confused person. Thank you!
