Recently, I visited a 24 hour medical service in Seaford and was diagnosed with a corneal abrasion. I continued to suffer for a week having been told complete recovery in 2 to 3 days. Much discouraged I contacted the Sussex Eye Center and received an appointment the same day. Within minutes of examination the SEC Doctor located a piece of metal in my eye and removed it during her 1st attempt. I cant believe all my suffering over the past 7 days due to a wrong diagnosis. I cant thank SEC enough for their much professional and most courteous care. Thank you Doctor Amy & supporting staff. Bet you I will not use Seaford 24 hour care again. Im going to SEC no guestions asked.

Our family has been with Sussex Eye Center since moving to Millsboro in the late 70s. Our three sons have gone from glasses to contact lenses; my wife and I have had regular examinations and both wear glasses. We have always been very satisfied with the care the doctors have given us. In fact, one of our sons is an optometrist and did his internship with Dr. Maschauer. As my wife and I age, our eyes are needing more monitoring and the doctors at Sussex Eye are always available to work with us.

My experience at Sussex Eye Center was very pleasant. My latest visit was a follow up after having cataract surgery at Peninsula Cataract & Laser Center. However, I always have my eye examinations at Sussex Eye Center, Georgetown Office with Dr. Aimee Parker. All employees in this office are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this office. I am sure all branches are equally as nice but Georgetown is more convenient for me.
