As soon as I walked in the store I was immediately helped. They were very polite and professional. I had a child with me the whole time and she continued to explore the facility(our first time there) and the employees gave no rude stares or said nothing. I had an eye exam and had to get glasses and contacts. What really made me happy is how they worked with me when I had no insurance card on me at the time of service, was still seen and how a young lady took her time and very polite again might I add, helped me to pick both glasses and the right contacts even taught me how to put on and take them out. I wrote a lot because I enjoyed the service over all and will definitely be coming back to bring more customers.

I found this place 5 months ago when I needed new glasses ASAP. I had not bought glasses in a few years, so I knew I needed an exam too. They were very busy that day, the manager ensured I was put in the queue and personally helped me from start to finish. The exam was the most thorough Ive ever had and, and I was considering my first bifocals - which became a reality thanks to them

Usually I love going here, but about a month ago I paid full price for my daughter sports glasses. I was told I would get a phone call from them when they were ready. Here it is April 6 and still no phone call. I called them and was informed that my daughters glasses has been ready since March 17th. And the lady on the phone thought it was funny...smh

Ghetto as hell irresponsible Ive been waiting for kids glasses for a full month now. I called to see what happen they said lost it and had to reorder it. Why put your money in back service when there is plenty of places that will do a good job. First time here and will be my last save your time and headache.

I used to go there when I was a child. The experience was not bad but the attitude of the staff was distant. When you catch them with their pants down then they want to do something. If you do your job the right way the first time then there is no reason to suggest I give u money. No more

I love this place! Ive been going here every since I was a kid! When I found out that It was the time for me to get a new eye exam and glasses that is; staff was very courteous, polite, and friendly. Ive gotten my glasses within a week and a half! Nope, not going else where.

The most Ghetto-fied staff in history. They really need training in customer service, as well as courtesy. "uh huh" was thre answer I received when I asked for a call back. Super rude, just plain old distasteful females.

The people that are posting 5 stars must work for them because the staff is always fighting with customers. Be careful if you go in that store because sooner or later someone is going to go crazy on those people .

Online stats they are open on Saturday got all the way up here for them to be closed. I was happy for the convenience because of how I work but this is annoying.
