I am tempted to give this place 1 star, but the whole staff from the doctor to the sales reps are so consistently nice and pleasant, I have to give them props for that. HOWEVER... They just lost a $500/year customer. This past year I sucked it up and kept my old glasses so that I could get a pair of prescription sunglasses. (What? I use them daily!!) Anyway, I bought an expensive pair because I knew I wanted them to last as I wont be buying them again anytime soon. Well, after a few months of wear, the pin came out of one arm of the frames. I thought, "no biggie-- visionworks will fix them for me." Nope. All they would do is put what amounts to a "very temporary fix" (their words) on them since they dont carry the size pin needed to fix them properly. I even offered to buy the pin if they could order it for me, and I was told that "isnt the way they do it here." Well, guess what else you dont do here? Thats right-- get my money. Ciao.

Absolutely rude and do not care about inconveniencing their customers. Got my eyes examined for contacts and they very clearly told me i did not need to schedule a follow up and could have my prescription finalized over the phone. Well when I tried to make that happen, they said that I needed to come in to finalize it (even though i had moved over an hour away and had payed over $100 in services). I argued with the guy on the phone only for him to tell me they had to inconvenience me because it was "the process". DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Id give them zero stars if possible. However, one positive is that the doctors are very friendly and pleasant.

I dont even want to give this a star. I came in with $700 to spend. My sales associate knew nothing about the online products they sold. I Was talked down to. than left unattended for 15 minutes. I have never been treated so disrespectfully youre Honestly better off going to lens Crafters in the mall. Better service and will be taken care of same day.
