Ive been a patient of Dr. Ginsberg for a couple of years. I think hes great. He always spends as much time as he needs to make sure all of my questions are answered or to explain what the tests mean. Hes also a very funny guy which isnt easy under the circumstances. Its always a pleasure to see him and all the staff especially Valerie. Everyone is always kind, courteous and helpful. Its not pleasant to deal with kidney stones but at least I always feel like Im in good hands. I can attest to his surgical ability only indirectly (since I was asleep during the procedure), but by all accounts he is not only a true physician but a skilled surgeon. I highly recommend them. Good people.

I took my mom to Dr. Ginsberg upon referral by her PCP. Dr. Ginsberg listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He didnt rush, and I felt we had his entire attention during the appointment. Im a nurse, and sometimes doctors will make assumptions about my knowledge or do the "Im the doctor here" thing, but Dr. Ginsberg did not. My mom and I understood what was to be done and why, and I would feel comfortable calling him if necessary. The office nurse was friendly and helpful. I would recommend him.

I love Dr. Ginsberg hes great, however the nurse(s) are extremely rude. Every time I call to get my script filled they dont have any of my information and expect me to know all the information. I have never had to deal with a Drs office that didnt know what medication and how much I took before. I just had to tell one of the nurses off on the phone and then all of a sudden she was nice. Im going to be contacting Dr. Ginsberg and letting him know how rudely I was treated.

The doctor and the staff are beyond rude and unprofessional,dont waste your time.I called here and it was the same rude staff.."Valerie" that answered the phone.I dont understand how people like her keep a job..Oh,wait...the doctor is rude so it makes sense..birds of a feather flock together.
