POOR BILLING AND LONG WAIT TIMES! I have been taking my children to ABW for a couple of years now, and it seems as if their service gets poorer and poorer each time! I must say that doctors themselves are great and take time to listen, BUT we have waited for 30 minutes plus for the nurse to return and give the injections! This has happened on the last 4 occasions! It is very hard to keep a toddler busy in a small room for that amount of time! Also, I have had numerous issues with their billing department on tha last 6 occasions where they are coding my visits to the insurance company so then it is saying I owe for the visit which in fact is not so! In turn, I called the billing dept on all of these occasions and they make it my responsibility to call my insurance company to fix the mistake so they can get paid! In fact the last time I was just there, they tried telling me I had a balance on the account and I stated "No, I called the insurance company to straighten it out." They replied that if I didnt have it straightened out they wouldnt see my daughter, so I called the insurance right there, and they stated they sent ABW a check to cover it a month prior AND it was cashed! They never posted the payment to my account. Recently I just got yet another bill stating the same balance that they still have not posted to the account! I am so fed up with their billing! Also, the office could use a definite face lift, seems as if no one like to clean!

I am very unhappy with several Drs in this practice. My son has been missed diagnosed on 3 occasions and I am done with them as of today! They tell me they are faxing a referral and the morning of this very important appointment, no referral.. I called and they said "we do not fax because the ink isnt dark enough, so we mailed it!" Umm, what? You had 2 days notice for the referral, and could have called me to pick it up! A few of the male Drs are exceptional, however, you can not chose your Drs. They do the schedule week to week and I will never bring my child back to the female ones. They are mean, and DO NOT LISTEN AT ALL!!!!! I have changed practices now. SO DONE!

Really not happy, thinking about switching a practice. Every single time I am there, I have to wait at least 30 minutes for a doctor, dont forget this is schedule app. Once when I came I waited 30 minutes to find out after I ask, that doctor is still not there. Staff and doctors are nice, but the waiting issue is really bothering me. They Have no respect for parents time. And there is couple nurses they really seems like have no idea what they doing. I dont feel confident with this place, just dont have trust in them.

Absolutely disgusted with this place and am switching pediatricians as we speak. Wind Gap office cannot do vaccinations because they dont have a working refrigerator so need to go to Bethlehem. Wife drives to Bethlehem only to get turned away because now they dont take our insurance after the Wind Gap office had taken it. Most of the time we only saw a practitioner not the doctor. Not Happy At All.....

I love ABW Pediatric. They are very thorough. The doctors are very loving and concerned about my children even to the point of calling my home the next day to make sure my children were ok. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had several problems with the services at this group. The nurses are generally very good but thats the best thing I can say about this place. I would recommend seeking a different place to care for your children.
