I injured my back over Christmas and didnt have insurance. It got worse over time and eventually I couldnt walk. I went to an Urgent Care Center and they gave me a prescription for a steroid pack. After 30 days, I couldnt even stand up and had to lay on the floor to work. I spent hundreds of dollars on accupuncture, massages, creams and pain medication, but nothing worked. I tried tried doing stretches that I saw on the internet, but still nothing worked. I finally had a friend suggest I go see Chad at Select Physical Therapy, so I sprawled out in the back of my girlfriends car and she drove me up there. Chad diagnosed my back pain as a sciatica disorder. He started working on me with heat and electrolisis and gave me the correct stretches to perform. Turns out the internet stretches were causing more harm than good. After 2-3 sessions, I was able to walk without pain. After another 2-3 I was able to walk without a limp and over time, by practicing the exercises I became pain free. I am 33 years old and this was one of the worst times of my life. I almost lost my job and it made me depressed. Without Select Physical Therapy, I would probably be on a floor somewhere cussing at the dog. I owe a lot to Chad and the clinic and strongly suggest their services to anyone who is experiencing chronic pain. Clean, professional and an overall life saver. Thank you so much.

Do not go here. I got a Staph Infection while I was a patient there. The therapists never wash their hands unless asked to. Progress notes are terrible and when I COULDT do an exercise, the therapist wrote "I REFUSED" to do the exercise. This place has changed its name four different times. STAY AWAY.

The PT knows his stuff, he was able to diagnose me right away and developed a treatment plan that worked wonders. He also, gave me home exercises to do that helped a lot. The place is clean, professional and the front desk staff is great.
