I cannot say enough about University Physical Therapy owned by Tyler Bowersox. I had knee surgery in June and during surgery had a cracked femur bone which prevented me from walking on both feet. I went into physical therapy feeling a bit helpless as I was only able to move my leg 50 degrees and went in on a walker. By the end of my first session with Tyler I was at 70 degress. I went 3 to 5 times per week and the staff was wonderful. Tyler P, Nick and Kevin were 3 of my favorites. They all pushed me hard and had total confidence that I could do it. They worked relentlessly with me in such a positive manner which motivated me so much. I also loved how friendly all the staff was. All of them spoke to me from the minute I walked in the door and left. The PT assistants Hannah and Ashley were also great and very helpful and kind. I loved the confidence and expertise the physical therapists portrayed. By the end of my sessions I can move my knee 110 degress. This facility was the only place Id ever had physical therapy - so at first, I didnt know what to expect. After a billing issue (they billed me 1 year after visit) and the condescending attitude of the front office clerk in describing the bill, Katie. I decided I would not go back! Boy am I glad I tried somewhere else! University therapy has one therapist working with as many as 3 people at a time! You never get the same person, often someone in training - and its the same price! Add that to their cocky attitudes and poor billing practices...I wouldnt recommend.

I suffered an injury at work. Katie handled all of the paperwork and I never had to worry about billing. All of the therapists were terrific! Everyone was friendly, patient and encouraging. The therapy interns and students were well supervised and had excellent role models to learn from. I have recommended University PT to everybody! Thank you for all the care you gave me!
