Most of us cannot say that a trip to the doctor’s office is something we look forward to. However, a visit to Dr. Turner’s office in Conway SC can best be described as a real pleasure. First, Dr. Turner and his staff make you feel so much at home that it is like visiting with friends you have known for a long time – even if it is your first time there. You always get a warm welcome from AJ, Matt and Baxter – it’s like walking into “Cheers”. Second, Dr. Turner’s skill, expertise and experience are complimented by his easy going and upbeat nature. You can easily place your confidence in him. My personal experience as a relatively new chiropractic patient has been great. I find I am experiencing less pain and more flexibility without needing to resort to pain relievers on a daily basis. All in all a very good thing.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful but was not satisfied with my experience there. Dr. Turner is a great guy I believe but he talked a bigger game than could back up. Was disappointed with how they penny pinch and charge for every little thing, the repetitiveness of the treatments, same thing happened every time, and the fact that they were constantly pushing me to come in three times a week. After getting a second opinion with a medical professor at CCU, they told me 3 times a week is utterly excessive. I think they mean well as a company, just a little in over their heads. Would suggest doing your research before coming here.

It is the chiropractic equivalent of Cheers! Everybody knows your name and as a bonus you get welcomed by Baxter the Greeting Dog! Dr. Turner and his minions will work with your schedule for appointments and will squeeze you in for an emergency. I have been a satisfied patient for over five years and am grateful for the treatments for back, neck, shoulder, and even sinus problems. Dr. Turner listens to you when you describe your symptoms and explains the requisite treatment. He also provides guidance for making smart life style choices and will refer you to specialists if needed.
