My 3 year old had a couple of cavities. This was the recommended place to go. Her appointment was for 10:30am. The visit should take 3-4 hours. She has to be sedated for the procedure. We arrived 15 minutes early. She was first taken back at 11:15 for the prep work an then back to the waiting room. At 12:35, they come out get her, finally, and tell me it will be 1 1/2 - 2 hours before shes done. Because of the delays, and the appointment taking longer than they said, I now have to scramble to make arrangements for my other children. I understand that not all offices can keep to a schedule, but they need to realize that this isnt a family friendly way to do business. Would not recommend and we will not be returning.

Our child with special needs was turned away after a fifteen-minute examination. The staff deemed him "uncooperative," knowing that he does not possess expressive language skills. The dentist also made the remark that our child "didnt say much," which is rather flippant considering that he does not speak. However, no one clarified about what his lack of cooperation actually meant since no parents were permitted in the examination area. The office was unapologetic about treating our child with such derision. We will never trouble this office with our "uncooperative" child.

This is the worst office Ive ever been to in my entire life. Thankfully my child has not needed any extensive work done on his teeth, but the wait time is ALWAYS ridiculous. We arrive on time, we wait over an hour at least. We arrive early, we wait at least an hour. Regardless of when we arrive, we wait over an hour every time. What is the purpose of making appointments if EVERYONE in the office waits hours to be seen?!
