SHE BELIEVES IN QUANTITY OVER QUALITY!! HER OFFICE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SINCE RUTHIE ROBERTS LEFT!!! I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST THIS OFFICE! WHEN YOU ADVISE DR KAUL OF HER OFFICE STAFF SHE ACTS AS IF SHE IS SHOCKED AND AS UPSET AS YOU ARE. THE (DR KAUL OR STAFF) DOES NOT SPEND ENOUGH TIME LISTENING OR TENDING TO THE PARENTS CONCERNS OR PATIENTS NEEDS. MY CHILD WAS WITH THIS OFFICE FROM BIRTH UNTIL SHE WAS 9 YEARS OLD. ALTHOUGH I WOULD NOT ALLOW THE DR TO JUST BRUSH MY CONCERNS UNDER THE RUG, I GOT SICK OF HAVING TO FIGHT WITH THE OFFICE STAFF, I REFUSE TO BE DISRESPECTED BY THE CONSTANT PROFESSIONALISM SO I NOW TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO AN PRIVATE OFFICE THAT LET US KNOW WE ARE WELCOME AND WE ARE NOT "INTERRUPTING LUNCH/ CHAT TIME". I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THAT IS STILL GOING TO THIS OFFICE TO MOVE NOW!!!!

Been going to Dr. Kaul since my oldest was a baby and hes 23 years of age now! My youngest is 11 years old and Dr. Kaul diagnosed him with having Asthma when he was a baby, she took time out about our concerns and referred us to a pulmonologist. We are so grateful for Dr. Kaul! Throughout the years her staffing has always been kind and caring.

I went to Dr. Kaul from the time I was 10 years old, until I turned 21. My children now go there, and I appreciate the relationship my family has with Dr. Kaul and her staff. My children are 3, 7, and 9, and they love Dr. Kaul and her staff. My children are always excited to visit the office, which is says a lot about the service.

Office staff need lessons in customer service and answering the phone. I agree with the other post. Since Ruthie has left, most of this office staff is unprofessional. Its a shame for a physician who has to deal with this type of personality as well as the rest of the patients who are coming there for office visits.
