I switched my kids here from Bower Hill Pediatrics within the last month. My oldest has ADHD and the previous doctor hardly did med checks with her. We saw Dr. Riley for the first time the other day and I already love her and am thrilled with how they addressed everything I had concerns over. They genuinely seem to care. It wasnt just an in and out, keep taking your meds kind of appointment. She took her time to talk to us about everything and made us all feel extremely comfortable and understood. I look forward to many years of having these doctors care for my children.

Ever since I turned 18, the women here have been nothing been rude to me. I dont know if its just because I am a teenager and they expect me to be arrogant and snobby, but they automatically treat me badly. The other day, all of the walk ins were taken before me and I wasnt seen for my 9:30 appointment until 10:30. Nobody has helped me with any of my questions and I was given a lecture on abusing prescription drugs. They also put me on an eating disorder watch so I have to be weighed every time I go in because I dropped 15 lbs in 6 years.

They called CYS on my son, because he had changed pediatric doctors, to a doctor closer to him. Since he didnt show up at Kids Plus, and since they believed his daughter didnt get her one month immunizations, they felt that he, and his wife, were bad parents. All of this dispite the fact that PA still allows objections for religious, medical and philosophical reasons. Who gave Kids Plus the right to determine who a bad parent is, based on their immunization records?

I thought the doctor was great, she answered all our questions and really listened. And was really considerate and gentle with my baby. However, on the way out to check out, the lady was very unpleasant and had a bad adittude. Not professional, she should have made us feel welcome and actually want to return, but the minute we stepped outside we were both thinking the same thing, "what a b****!"

Great private pediatrics practice in the south hills. We moved to Washington County and still take our kids here. (Please bring an office to the Peters Township area!!) They provide a safe and comforting environment for our kids and offer the best care. The lactation center here is also very good. They really helped us after the birth of our first child. Cant say enough good things.

When my son was born in February they were fantastic with us. I had some complications with my pregnancy, so my time in the hospital I didnt get to spend with any of the nurses asking questions or getting coached for breast feeding. The nurses and doctors here were kind and patient and generous with their time. I am forever grateful for their support.
