Have always taken my children to this office. When I recently tried to schedule my 2yr old and 5yr old for an afternoon appt to minimize impact on school/work schedule, they would NOT let me schedule the 2 yr old in the afternoon. Their Policy, no exceptions, to save timeslots for school kids. I understood the concept. I explained that I worked in healthcare myself and exceptions for customer service were the norm, not here. My teacher-wife would have to take off. I felt my customer loyalty was of minimal value to Michele Boynes office. I spoke to office manager to no avail.

I had seen Dr. Michelle a few times. I really liked her. I owed her a little bit of money. I separated from my husband and had no job. It took everything I had to take care of my kids with no support from their father. She wasted no time in taking out a judgement. If she would have given me some time I would have atleast sent her a few dollars a week. Now I quite frankly care less if she gets paid. Whoever heard of a Dr. taking out a judgement?

Overlooked daughters impacted tooth and kept "waiting for it to come in" before referring for braces. So glad I just went ahead and scheduled with ortho. They did comprehensive x-ray and spotted right away. We lost at year or so that braces could have been on...and off at a earlier age. Very expensive not to catch or suspect issues like this.

I love this office these guys are great!!! I have a child with special needs and they always treat her with respect, care and kindness. I also have two other children that go here as well and they love it here. My six year old demands to go se Dr. Michele Boyne at least twice a month. these guys are really great and my family loves them.

My daughter loves this office!!! She is always looking forward to all her dental visits. She loves Ms. Jen so much. They make you feel like a family and Dr. Boyne is amazing!!! And all of the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend them :)

I called to ask about scheduling a 1st time visit for my child and as soon as i said she had Medicaid the receptionist told me NO! in a very rude and nasty tone! I guess kids with Medicaid are not good enough for this office!

Dr Boyne and all her assistants are so helpful. I have two sons and have taken them here for 7 years. We have never had a problem with scheduling or any of their services and are so easy to work with...
