As someone who has a lot of dental anxiety, I researched local dentists in my surrounding area and even had a few consults. I wasnt able to find anyone that could meet my needs and make me feel comfortable enough to proceed with more extensive dental work. Anything more than a cleaning I get quite anxious so it was important to me to find a provider who could handle anxious patients with compassion and professionalism. I then came upon Signature Smiles family dentistry. From the first moment I placed a phone call to express my dental anxiety and concerns I was treated with the utmost level of respect, compassion and professionalism. Even when I had asked the same questions over and over again, I was still dealt with in the same compassionate way. When I decided to go forward with this dentist and his team, the day of my root canal and crown came and I was quite anxious. I was not sure that the oral sedation method that they were going to use was going to keep me sedated and unaware of what was going on. I had only previously tried intravenous sedation at another dentist. I continued to ask questions and continued to receive compassionate professional answers from all of the crew. At the end of my treatment, I found out I didnt need the root canal after all which was very nice to know that the doctor only treated what was necessary. I had no memory of the procedure at all so the oral sedation worked perfectly! I am so thankful I got through it and Im extremely thankful for the entire crew at this facility who treated me excellent and calmed my nerves every step of the way. It meant so much to me. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend this place. Trust me they check all of the boxes for everything that you could possibly need and every single person in this office is kind and professional! Bonus-The office is very beautiful and comfortable. And they offer many different payment options and except most insurance. This made it a win-win for me!

I was in a lot of pain when I contacted Signature Smiles. They squeezed me in the next business day and saw me in between patients. The staff is very accommodating. The waiting room is comfortable and well designed for families. The facility is organized, clean and well equipped. Dr. Salameh was professional and compassionate towards my situation. This has been by far the most pleasant experience that I have ever encountered at a dental office (even thoughI had two wisdom teeth pulled while remaining conscious). If I could give this a 4.75 I would, only to mention that there is use of some fragranced air freshener. Aroma therapy at the dentist is a good idea! I would suggest using essential oils which are generally easier for scent sensitive folks to handle, peppermint/lavendar could be very nice. And there was a little bit of an awkward incident where one of the workers was preparing tools without gloves. I get really anxious about those things she seemed to notice and then put gloves on. It actually happened twice, but the second time it was just one instrument and I asked her if she could replace it with a sterile one (not to be handled without fresh gloves) and while there was a bit of hesitation, she obliged me and I greatly appreciated it. Its hard to leave criticism because this was a wonderful experience over all. Words can not describe how grateful I am to SS staff and Dr. Salameh for taking care of me in such a compassionate and timely fashion. If you are looking for a competent dental practice, this small office in Streetsboro is the best I have seen thus far.

This was the most AMAZING experience. Where do I begin? First the staff was excellent. So very nice and sweet but yet very professional. The office was so luxurious and zen like. I love the decor and how nice it made me feel. Next the technology was outstanding. They had multiple screens, they used small cameras in my mouth to show what work needed to be done. I didnt just have to take his word for it. I was actually IN on the treatment plan. The dentist was very kind and knowledgeable. He sat with me and didnt have a rushy feeling. He explained everything in detail and even showed me examples on a tablet. This is the first time a dentist took time with me. I was very grateful for that. This quality alone separates this practice from ALL the others. But wait, it gets better. I needed a procedure, so they put my favorite show (Columbo) on the screens, so i can watch. I was so distracted by my show, that i didnt even realize my procedure was over. This was a dentist dream. Let me just say, these dentist have it figured out. I just dont think anyone can top this level of service. I mean that. I am actually looking forward to going back.

I rarely wait more than a couple minutes before being taken to the room. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to your needs and wants. Im a difficult patient since I need a few too many cavities fixed but Im more terrified of the needle to be placed than to deal with the pain. Dr Omar regularly stops and makes sure Im doing okay. My husband gets the anesthesia and he says it all was done perfectly for him. We recommend doctor Salameh and his practice to anyone we can. We take our 2 yr old on a few weeks and Im sure they will do great with him too!! The facility is so clean and high tech. The young man who does the fillings for me, was so excited the other day to have a new tools! Its nice to see and hear that they are always trying to improve the experience. And if something doesnt feel right they are quick to find the problem and fix it!! Plus the tvs with Netflix on is a special touch, where you can watch whatever you want. I do appreciate it when the captions are on :) Thank you so much staff at Signature Smiles. The phone call to you was one of the bests I made this year!

I have to say that I definitely fall into the percentage of Americans who hate to go to the dentist, but in order for your teeth to be properly cared for, you have to go. I was having tooth pain, so because it was right around the corner from where I live, I decided to stop into Signature Smiles (Streetsboro) because my regular dentist was on vacation (the whole office closes). To my surprise, they were able to fit me in right away. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. When the dentist came to examine my mouth, he, too was extremely nice. It turned out I needed a root canal and crown put on. I had heard horror stories of these procedures, so I was terrified. However, the dentist and staff were VERY understanding (of my fears) and treated me exceptionally well while accommodating my every request to make the procedure less stressful. While this was definitely not something Id want to have done again, I have to say Signature Smiles made it pretty much pain/stress free. I actually decided to make them my primary dental care provider because it was such a good experience.

I just recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Omar Salameh. He had a great bedside manner as well as his staff. They were friendly and very helpful as well as informative. They answered any questions I may have had with a friendly smile and a sense of humor. I use to be a dental assistant many years ago, so I knew what all was involved in removing wisdom teeth so I went into it with some knowledge but of course was a little nervous about the pain I might be feeling after the numbness wore off. The doctor was very clear with me on how to take ibuprofen and Tylenol in order to alleviate pain or discomfort. They also explained how to ice my jaw as well. I was very relieved to know that after the numbness wore off, I simply had no swelling or pain at all with the extractions. Kudoss to Dr. Omar Salameh and his staff for making my experience a good one. Also, I was surprised when the next day after the extractions, the Doctor called me to check up on me and see how things were going. Thank You again to all the staff at Signature Smiles for a great experience. Loretta
