No one wants to need any of the services offered at Big Stone, but Im so grateful we have these professionals here so convenient and readily available! When depression pain and hopelessness have become your normal, PT isnt the first thing that comes to mind when youre looking for relief! Those doubts quickly fade as you are greeted at the door by "my" office staff. I call them "my" because they all know scheduling, insurance, Medicare, and most of all common sense! Ive never witnessed any one of them be the slightest stressed! Your calls are answered and returned no matter whos working. The schedule is fluid and flexible and they make you feel important and cared for. My specialists are Kim and Trish. There are no words to adequately describe how hard these two have worked not only with me, but with my other specialists to completely combine a comprehensive, collaboratory treatment plan between them! They have given me support when I was ready to give up, hope when I could only see blackness, and tools that I could use at home that gave me a sense of renewed control over what I thought I had none. I have received better care, more informed answers, and better options than some of the Drs Ive had the misfortune to be referred to. Consider yourself fortunate if you have been given the opportunity to be treated and cared for by these professionals!
