I am sorry for Kathleen Neill that she was so impatient that 15 minutes changed her life in a negative way. I will pray for her. I had back surgery 1.5 years ago. I had been to another physical therapy place and they really messed me up. Then God sent Ana and Guillermo to me. In 2 visits I went from having very little range of motion to being able to move with ease. Now, 4 months later, I am working out with a personal trainer and have gotten my life back. No matter what, they are worth any wait. I understand that people in pain are typically less patient. I also know the heart of this place. To be turned away, you would have to be pretty rude. Ana and Guillermo give each individual patient all the time that they need, even when it causes them to run a little late. They work 12 hour days with a smile because they know that God has blessed them with a gift to help others in a big way! If you were that patient that needed an extra few minutes wouldnt you be thankful that they didnt manage you care by a clock? I sure am... These people are incredible!! Thank You Arlington Physical Therapy!! You saved my life (Ana would read that and say "No God did")

Appointment time: 12:00 with early arrival requested to fill out paperwork. It was 12:15 before being put into a room to talk to therapist. Two people came in but nothing said. When therapist came in she apologized for being late because she was working with a new patient. Tried to clarify if future expectation would mean start time would always be later than appointment time. Therapist closed her notebook and stated that she did not have to deal with this rudeness and left. Left facility with no physical therapy. Called to reschedule and was told they would not treat someone who was so rude. This facility should not be in any customer service capacity. They do not know how to interact with people.

I have had physical therapy twice at this facility for a meniscus tare in my knee. Both times I have received relief and the last time which was in 2013 I have not had any further discomfort. The staff is knowledgeable and thorough. The facility is clean and well maintained. The entire staff is friendly and supportive. They make you feel like part of their family. I would recommend this place for everyone.

I love this place. Everyone there is very caring and they all sincerely care for each patient. Ana Maria is the Best of the Best with hand on orthopedics. She is so inspiring and positive. Thanks to all the crew for taking care of me but also my husband that had to have PT after his shoulder surgery. Hes fully recovered thanks to Guillermo.
