Motorcycle accident 1/30. 3 surgeries later I was sent to PT. My instructions are to manually force my Tibia to join together. Left leg in 5 pieces below the knee. Measurable progress: ✔When I started I could not lift my right foot to remove a sandle even while holding the counter. Now I can so so and I dont have to hold on to anything for balance. ✔I could not bend my left knee at all while bearing weight. Now I can bend my left knee while my right foot extends in a TRX band I woke this morning to a dimple on the back of my arm. Just this little baby dimple of the beginning of muscles I have not seen in a while.... Then off to PT... ✔Elliptical..... only got to .8 miles in 10 minutes... I want a mile. Apparently most people dont set a goal to sweat during PT.... I want the full package. I am done settling... ✔Bridging of the hips.... I was capable of Crossing my Right leg over my Left knee and bridging from my back on my left toes.... while holding a 15 pound pole over my body. Last week I could not lift my hips off the table..... ✔Shuttle ( similar to a weighted total gym where I lay on my back and use only the left leg to squat and jump and toe raise) Added an extra band to 50 pounds + 5% body weight ✔Broken Fibula is becoming engaged now. They worked out the knots in the neighboring muscles.... ✔Added additional Stabilizing and range of motion for the ankle and I was capable of completing the drill.... ✔I am getting stronger. Bones are still broken, but I am DONE being a weak A$$ed baby.... #CMon2017 #HeadDown #IveGotGoals

Fast, effective, family therapy. You will not be dissatisfied. The long version: I had corrective therapy done about 10 years ago for scoliosis. Though it was naturally painful, the patient centered care and family atmosphere made it fun. More importantly, my scoliosis was cured and all my associated back pain had been relieved. *More recently, I did my clinical internship at this clinic. By working for Eric, I got to see the day by day, minute by minute practice. Just like I thought, it was flawless. From behind closed doors to bedside manner, Eric and his team was phenomenal. He was the type of guy that would put priority in his patients over his lunch. I was given responsibilities and instruction that helped me take my many years of school and really build a solid foundation. By the end of my intern, I really looked up to Eric. He led by example, not an iron fist. Would I work here again if the opportunity arose? Yes. Would I come here for therapy? Yes. :D

I broke my arm exactly two years ago and wish I had been sent to Joints In Motion for PT then. I had Arthroscopic Surgery for Adhesive Capsulitis on 01/20/2017 and began PT shortly after that. I chose Joints in Motion because my husband had been a patient there prior to his back surgery and was pleased with his experience there. Eric Huffman and his entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and exhibit the utmost level of professionalism. The facility is spotless and the atmosphere is a very positive experience. My previous experience with PT was not that great and this experience has been the complete opposite. Eris has and continues to work wonders with my range of motion. Highly recommend.

Ive lived in this area for about 24 years, and I definitely recommend Joints in Motion (JIM) for your physical therapy needs. I had knee replacement surgery in February 2015. Granted, physical therapy after knee replacement can be challenging; however, Eric Huffman, my physical therapist, is awesome! OK, yes, I was usually tired after my appointments, but its a great feeling to know that youve tried your hardest...and got rewarded with a "Great job!" (And ice!!) A BIG perk of going to physical therapy at JIM is that you can also use it for your workouts/gym afterwards (what Im doing now). Another perk is that EVERYONE at Joints in Motion is friendly and caring!! Joints in Motion rocks!!

Highly recommend Eric at Joints In Motion. I had shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff and was seeing another therapist who had me doing the same exercise every session and spent 5-10 minutes stretching me. My range of motion was not improving. Then I found Eric and it all changed. New and different exercises every time, at least 20-30 minutes of stretching me and after only 3 months, I almost have my full range back. I think I could be further along if I did more of the stretches at home that he recommended...but thats beside the point! The facility is super clean and spacious, new equipment, and super nice staff. Definitely come here if you want some results!

The staff at joints in Motion is amazing. The moment you walk in until the moment you leave it is an environment which helps lift your spirits in a time when you are either in pain or dreading the next step. They provide just the right amount of praise and firm pushing to let you know you can do more and get through the challenges. They allow you to cut up, laugh and genuinely care about how you are doing and making sure you leave better than you came in. I have been using Joints in Motion for close to 5 months and have made huge improvements and know I owe it to this team.

Joints in Motion is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever visited. Eric Huffman and his staff are outstanding! Eric is so knowledgeable about body mechanics and the keys to making a successful recovery. Without his help, I doubt I would have made as much healing progress as I have. During each appointment, I always feel that I am receiving the medical attention and expertise needed. I would recommended Joints in Motion to a friend.

I have an active lifestyle and I have been referred to Joints In Motion on more than one occasion by my Orthopedic physician. Eric Huffman and the team at Joints In Motion display extreme care and a hands on therapy to the rehabilitation of my injuries. I highly recommend Joints In Motion to anyone whose is serious about returning to the active lifestyle they once had.
