Didnt treat me for a year for infertility, threw clomid at me and nothing else. Ran blood tests and never received the results for (and honestly didnt even KNOW he was running them, wasnt even asked), got angry because I refused ultrasounds while taking clomid, then when I finally get them, he blew me off after another issue. Hes rarely in the office Thurs-Fri, doesnt respond to portal messages, and when you call about sending a message, get accused of not including the reason FOR the portal message. Wasted a year of my life, I trusted him as a doctor. Laziest, more uncaring doctor Ive ever had, all he wants to do is collect insurance. I will highly advice against seeing him if you can go somewhere else.

After finding a large cyst on my ovary during pregnancy Dr William was going to leave it be. I showed up to my appointment to discuss the results from the ultrasound and the size of the cyst and my the doctor had decided to leave early. The next 4 appointments were cancelled the morning of the appointment or asked if I could come in early. Coming in early wasnt a possibility since my youngest wasnt allowed to come with me to appointments. I switched providers after the 4th canceled appointment and had the 9cm cyst removed by oncology within 3 weeks.

listened to me and made sure I was informed about all my options. The staff has always been friendly and courteous, and it was faster to be seen in this office than another office I had considered.
