Visited this doc on May 2015 for my wife, had to wait more than an hour the very first time. Doctor was shuffling between patients in the time my wife went inside, she spend less than 10mins with us. Always looks rushed and never showed any interest in providing details and instructions on things to be taken care during pregnancy, i think she gets busy in OVERBOOKING with patients and does not seem interested in spending quality time with patients. Second visit for Ultrasound, found my wife had a miscarriage(27th May) during US. Tech person asked us to wait in the room and told us that doc will see us. My wife was emotionally down and Doctor came to the room and started telling us what to do next and and kept repeating that she is consulting us during OFF HOURS. How sweet was to know that i am with this person who is interested in getting paid and informing us that she is doing us a favor when my wife just realized that she had miscarriage!! Third visit for D&C(June 4th,2015)- Had appt at 11am, doc came at 11ish and started talking to us letting us know about the procedure. She jokingly(not sure if she meant it) told us that we made her to work in her OFF DAYS!!!!!! Second time this doc is more concerned about her than the patients wellness and emotions. Fourth Visit- Wife went to follow-up. Doctor mentioned nothing unusual and everything seems normal after D&C. Fifth Visit(not planned) - Sept 2015, My wife started bleeding heavily after her periods and so went to this doctor as she did the surgery few mths back. Doctor informed her that nothing seems wrong and that prescribed her to take Birth Control pill and asked her to come back after 11days from period to do US to find out something. My wife was not satisfied with her and so she decided to get second opinion. We found out that there were Tissues left from the previous surgery and that she has to do another D&C to get rid of the Tissues. I understand that sometimes not all tissues can be removed from D&C, but Harbans Deol behavior and work ethics(prescribing birth control pill) seems out of professionalism for a doctor. This was my experience with this doctor, I am indeed planning to file to get the pathology report from Harbans deol surgery and file a complaint against her.

Be careful with this doctor and the office!!! I do not recommend at all .Worst experience ever !!! In the beginning they lost my blood work for a test for down syndrome ( they never notified me of this until I asked them ( 2 weeks after) .They never call back with any tests being done or ultrasounds you have to call them yourself and they always put you off . There is no one in that office that deals with the billing because they never sent one claim to my insurance and now they are telling me I have to pay out of pocket because the insurance did not cover . At 7 months I had a fall and came to this doctor and waited an hour and a half just to see the doctor and see if everything is okay with the baby ( I did tell them right away I fell ). I could not handle this any longer thanks to switching to a different insurance I found a doctor who will take over my pregnancy , but to get your documents and chart you have to wait forever . I waited almost 2 weeks after I filled out the release form .( Nina said it would take 5 days but it didnt)

I urge people who see these reviews please dont ignore because despite of these worst reviews I trusted them but end up having worst experience of my life in my first pregnancy, most importantly worst to worst staff i have ever come across in my life so far, their receptionist Nina she is the worst ever staff i have ever experience , whenever we visit them we have to wait 40 mins for our turn to come despite of being always on time bcuz they overbook one slot to so many people. And once we got 10 mins late she said i have to cancel your appointment bcuz u are late . And whenever we have any billing question she never has any explanation. if you ask her about appointment options she will get rude n start shouting . so i request to others please dont ignore these reviews these can save your precious time in pregnancy and most importantly you can avoid so much harassment and the difficulties you have to face in changing gyno in middle of your pregnancy.

This 1 star is for NINA (Dr. Deols receptionist). Nina is highly rude and unprofessional. Apparently, she does not like her job, in that case she should quite and look for more suitable job for her. She is rude to first time patients like hell(to everyone actully). I wouldnt have chose Dr deol after talking to NINA unless my friend (who is old patient of Dr Deol) encouraged me to continue with her. Dr. Deol probably is not aware of her receptionist/call attendants behavior towards patients. I would like to draw her attention towards her. If Deol is aware and still ok with NINA to be rude with patients then this will cost her business. If Dr Deol wants to test her, She must fake call like a new patient and ask couple of general and concerned questions about procedure or any other thing and gauge her response by herself. Final word, as far as Dr Deol is concerned,my friend was right - She is good.

The Doctor is very good I can rate her with 5*.. The reception staff especially (Nina) is very worst i have ever seen in my life ... On the day of delivery, when i took my wife, i went to clinic for emergency visit to confirm the babys position.. She asked us to wait longer for more than 40 min ... She does not have heart, being a woman .. My wife was unable to sit bcoz of the labor pain .. She wantedly asked us to wait longer which is very cruel behavior from Her. If we call doctor and leave a message .. she is lease bother to inform doctor. She always say blindly .. doctor is busy ... I can rate her 0 (Zero) or -(minus) It is my experience which i have faced.

Dr. Deol delivered my daughter via C-section and did a great job! I changed two doctors and was already 26 weeks pregnant before I got to Dr. Deol and she fulfilled all of my expectations. Her manner is calm and pleasant. Most of all, Dr. Deol, listens to her patients. I wanted an elective c-section and I got one at 40.5 weeks, as scheduled. It was a great experience. I am glad that she did not judge or question my decision not to have a natural delivery. After all, it should be the womans choice. Also, as we found out during the delivery, my daughter had the cord wrapped around her neck twice, so I am glad that we possibly avoided serious complications.

Dr. Deol should fire her staff including medical assistant (Indian Gujrati lady), Nina (receptionist) and billing department. These people hate to see the patients and rude to respond the query of people - whats a use. Billing department is so lazy to bill the insurance company that you never know how much you owe to whom till the last minute, heights of laziness. My friend already stopped going to Dr. Deol. I am planning to do the same for my wife. Dr. Deol your pathetic staff doomed you.
