Dr. Strandburg and his entire staff are very PROFESSIONAL and THOROUGH in their work. It is obvious that Dr. Strandburg takes pride in his clinic, profession, and his patients care. During my initial visit, my hygienist was very gentle, provided great feedback about my dental care, and was very thorough with her examination and cleaning. While at this same appointment, Dr. Strandburg was very personable, spent more time with me during my examination than my previous dentist/hygienist had ever spent with me, and was very knowledgable while discussing my plan of care (pulled up x-rays on TV to discuss specifics, provided detail explanations of each exam/provided details about my further care (fillings and having baby tooth pulled)/how to improve my dental care). Upon returning for a filling, Dr. Strandburg and his assistant provided EXCEPTIONAL care for me. The entire process was painless, and Dr. Standburg and his assistant made sure that their work was FLAWLESS (my bite was normal immediately following my appointment) and PAINLESS (each were very gentle and did not rush during the process). As a fellow healthcare professional speaking, Dr. Strandburg makes you feel as if you are the only patient he is caring for that day which is often hard to find in the healthcare field. To top it all off, Dr. Strandburg himself called to check up on me after my appointment despite his busy schedule. I would highly recommend Dr. Strandburg and his entire team for your dental care. I will without a doubt be back for all my future dental needs. ***I forgot to mention, I drive from downtown Nashville and it is well worth the drive***

I had called in once regarding a toothache that I thought was a tooth I had a root canal done on previously and she said "it cant be that tooth because once a root canal is done, theres no more nerves". So I went in the next day and they checked out my teeth & it happened to be the next tooth over that needed a root canal. Ok, do it, get it done so I can feel better. NOONE told me that things can happen, so for the last 5 yrs, I had been having periodic earaches, pain in the jaw & neck in that tooth area. I kept thinking it was a sinus problem. Until Feb 2013 when I started having throbbing in that tooth & couldnt chew on it. I called this clinic and thats when she told me about root canal failures & that a retreatment would need to be done but they dont that there, had to go to an endodontist. It was really nice that she set me up with one & sent over the paperwork to that office. The endodontist told me that I have a very complicated root system & that it probably wasnt completely cleaned out. Why am I paying for this retreatment???? IMO, Warfield should be paying for that extra $572 I had to pay out of pocket, in addition to that absolute PAIN I went through even after because it had gotten pretty infected by that time. As I said, nobody in that office told me that anything could happen later on.

I walked in at 8am this morning in absolute misery with an abscessed broken tooth. I had no appointment, and needed a root canal asap, and the only option I had was to ask them to please help me. The staff was very nice, immediately helpful, and quickly worked me into the schedule as fast as the could. The nice woman working the counter when I walked in was also a trained dental assistant, and after she went out of her way to figure out my insurance provider that I did not have a card for she took me to the back and had me prepped so I could be given a shot of pain killer right into my gums. I will recommend this dental center to anyone who needs one, and I also will be making this my primary dentists for the rest of my stay here in Clarksville. 5 out of 5 stars, they really saved my bacon today!

I cant speak for others experiences, but I had a great one. Due to having not had proper dental care as a child and neglect on my part, I have become insecure and self concious with my teeth. I was nervous while I was in the waiting room. When I was called in, I was treated very kindly by my hygenist. She was very friendly. I mentioned I suffer from anxiety and she assured me there was no reason to worry. She was very honest about what I was to expect in my future in dealing with treatment. The dentist then came and took time to set up a dental plan of varying degrees and was very personable and friendly. I felt very well cared for and despite my fears, found myself relaxed and eventually hopefull for the future.

The specials will bring you in, but the customer service will send you running. The dentist and the staff were kind enough, it was the office manager who made this a very unpleasant experience. They did not submit paperwork to my insurance to give me a valid charge and then sent me a bill for the extra. The staff apologized at least admitting they made a mistake, but, the office manager stated they did nothing wrong. Dr. Smith, you may want to find a new office manager, and apparently based on the other reviews, Im not the only one who feels as such.

This is the best dental experience I have ever encountered. The Hygienist was extremely gentle. I had one tooth filled which was almost painless. Also my bite was correct when I left. I received a call from the Dr. that night just to check up. Wow. Everyone on the team from the receptionist to Dentist made an enjoyable experience for me. I highly recommend this dental team.

I had a great experience with Warfield Dental. Dr. Strandburg is very professional, knowledgable, and personable. He worked up veneers on several teeth for me, and although I can sometimes be a little captious, he seemed to care even more than I did about every detail throughout the process. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Received one of their specials in the mail. Office staff very unprofessional, unable to handle business properly prior to appointments. instead of taking ownership for their mistake they put it off on their answering service. Would not recommend anyone to call and try to make an appointment and make sure they accept your insurance they wont get the job done..

I had a bridge that broke completely out of my mouth. I was on my way to Atlanta. Dr. Foster met me in Nashville and made a temporary bridge to get me through my trip. They are a very personable and caring dentist. I would recommend them to anyone.

Avoid at all costs. I quit going to them when I realized they are just trying to sell you more stuff. No wonder all of the original staff left. The new owners are only concerned with selling as much as possible.
