Dont go here, trust me! The office is nice & front staff is friendly but they have very high turnover rate for front staff, especially billing & for good reason! Work Ive had done was okay (not great) but the worst issue Ive had is billing: they did sealants on my son when he already had them done at prior dentist w/in time frame allowed, they approved crediting me back because they billed me for it & I didnt want to have a bill while they were researching the error. For the next yr. I tried to get the credit applied to same sons braces they did (dont think they are actually licensed orthodontists!) but they were changing billing systems to merge ortho with regular the ENTIRE year & kept not being able to apply it correctly. Then we were moving out of state & they never got his retainer in on time before we moved even though they assured me they would & I called daily to check on it! I even called after we moved & either their phone lines were down multiple times!!! or someone would call me back but never did. Now at new dentist, I come to find out my youngest was charged against insurance for full mouth/pano X-rays that they have no records of & now cant get them done again because still within the time frame to be covered. This is so shady!! I again have been promised a call back from the office manager but of course have received no phone call back. Definitely not worth the nice atmosphere to deal with fraudulent practices that will haunt you for years to come!!

The appointments due tend to run a little behind, so I never really count on getting in exactly at my scheduled time... Everyone is very nice. They dont hold you down and force floss you like some dentists Ive been to. My first visit was due to an abscess caused by a degraded wisdom tooth... Thanks to them, I finally gave in and agreed to getting all the dental work Id been putting off for close to 10 years. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, a full periodontal cleaning, and 8 cavities filled in just under 3 hours, all while completely asleep for most of it (I was woken during the fillings to give the anesthesia time to wear off so I could walk). They really know how to educate you about their procedures and the best way to do things to avoid complications. The best part was that I was in no pain the next day and was even out running errands with no swelling. It would be nice if they would work with more insurance companies and discount dental programs to make their practice and option for those of us more financially pressed, but there are a variety of payment plans available through Care Credit which has been very helpful. The only real negative thing in my eyes is that I selected sedation dentistry because of my anxiety with dental appointments, but I cant seem to get gas for those appointments. I will stick with them until I find a place that will do gas though because again, they are really nice :)

Originally I rated this place 5 stars. But, upon noticing the incompetence in the billing department, I will never go back there. They had recommended for my wife to have a procedure. I told them to contact my delta dental insurance to get pre-authorization to make sure everything would be covered and to give me the complete amount I would owe. I was told that it had been done, and the remaining close to $400. would need to be paid out of pocket. I paid my portion and procedure was done. I received a call almost a year later telling me that I owe the dentist over $100 because the insurance declined the claim. I asked how can they deny a claim if it was pre-authorized?! The dentists office told me because it was not covered. I asked if it was not covered, why was it pre-authorized in the first place? Apparently, they did not call to get authorization and now they want me to pay the additional amount. I told them that I would not pay because it was not my fault and they continue to harass me and my wife on a daily basis with threatening phone calls to pay. Please be warned as this was the second time they did this to me.

I went to this office in mid-October needing 2 small fillings and a cleaning. After the initial appointment, I was told that a deep clean may be more appropriate to get in front of any buildup. I went to the front desk and told the receptionist I did not want to pay for the deep cleaning, and the regular cleaning would be fine. She then assured me that the office was running a special, and that I would not be charged for the deep cleaning if I followed their dental plan. I asked her if she was sure, even if I had a cost-sharing insurance plan. She said the same thing - the office is running a special and you will not be charged. Fast forward a month, and I receive a bill for the deep cleaning I did not want in the first place. After going back to the office to see why this was happening, I was told the receptionist explained it wrong to me, and I am still responsible for the bill - nothing could be done to rectify the situation. If I could give this review a negative rating, I would.

Great dentist! I broke a cap off a tooth from a root canal another dentist did a few years ago and the guys and gals at the dental spa was the first people I thought of. I called and they got me in fast, took care of my tooth and sent me on my way in about an hour total. I had questions about some other dental work to be done, their staff informed me of the details in procedure, time line on how long it would take, and printed me out a cost quote to the cent. I have always been afraid of the dentist since i was a kid, but the dental assistant helping my dentist has to be the best in the world at her job. She was informative and comforting to my anxiety. He is a good dentist, but she made the difference to me. Would recommend to any body scared of the dentist.

Dental cleanings were on par and some of the hygenists seem like wonderful ladies, but the overall feel of the place makes us feel ripped off. Our son was having orthodontic treatment done here until they quoted us an additional $1400.00 to extract his three remaining baby teeth instead of just waiting for them to fall out on their own. I cancelled treatment with them and filled out their paperwork over a month ago, yet we just received a bill for this months treatment. This is just a brief summary of our negative experience. The rest was just general unpleasantness from some of the staff including the girls at the front desk and Dr Rose. ...and we sat in the waiting room for over an hour past the appointment time on our last visit.

Overall very positive. Sometimes there is a little wait to start appointments but I would say on average, less than most medical/ dental offices. Once I had to wait about 25 minutes to get in for my cleaning. I told them that I was not going to have time to do the cleaning and would have to re-schedule. They were very understanding. I have found the staff to be caring and professional. I would rather they take their time to make sure that they do a good job than rush through to stay exactly on schedule. Have been a patient there for more than three years, and I have tried a lot of dentists. This one is the best I have found so far. They make going to get dental work much less stressful than it might otherwise be.
