Wow best service ever and least pain ever. I had a root canal done yesterday and was scared yes scared. No more fear this guy is the best and Ive had 3 root canals and 2 implants over the last 20 years. I called and explained my situation the office lady pulled my chart Dr Primm looked at it and immediately recoginized from his notes , xrays and my complaint what needed to happen. I was suffering so bad whole head was hurting. He called in anti-biotics which greatly reduced my pain and 5 days later I was in office getting it fixed for good. I have to go on now and get the other work done he had recommended months ago that I was scared to do , but Im comfortable now for sure. To top it off my part of bill is much less than it would be at a Nashville Dentist ! A win win! To the other poster , sorry about your problem but a Doctor cant help if you dont follow his orders its his 37 years exp that we see for right?

Id give NO STARS rating if I could. I had an abscess, and after going to the doctor to get antibiotics, and it didnt clear up, I came to Dr Primm asking him if he could drain the infection. When I let him know antio-biotics didnt clear it up, and I didnt want more, but wanted to have the infection drained, he was VERY rude and condescending, even practically kicking me out, saying were not in the 1800s, When I called other dentists in the area, they said thats exactly what they do for an infection (draining it), along with anti-biotics. Thankfully I found another dentist in the area that was able to help me. I will never step foot in that Drs office again. Hes arrogant and rude, and thinks hes the only one that is right, and treats his patients like they are stupid and have no right to what kind of care they receive. I think the bottom line is Dr Primm didnt know HOW to do an abscess draining.

I have been going to Dr. Primm since I was 9 years old and I am now 40! His office is very far from where I live, but it is well worth the drive. He is an EXCELLENT dentist, never any pain and I hope he never retires because I dont know what I will do!
