Ok. My husband and I Used to go to Agape and then switched clinics since we got our dog 2 3 years ago. We initially were so happy With everything about this place . In 2 years I will say the communication is horibble. From not returning messages and calls to not faxing insurance documents as promised to administering medicine to my dog and charging me without asking for permission first . As people the staff are awesome !! Great wonderful personalities and a pleasure to talk to . On a business level they need to have a serious disccussion about communication and the importance of customer service . Yesterday I called with what I felt was a serious matter with my dog in the morning ... was told the vet would call us back .. a few hours later no call so I call back and was told the same thing .... fast forward to the evening my husband calls and no answer . My dog never got cared for . This has happened so many times with us where our message is never delivered and we never get a call back . I mean nearly everytime in 2 years ! As business owners ourselves it is imparitive that you conduct business professionally and set your customer service standards High ! From slip ups with meds to not returning calls to saying something was done to only find out it was never submitted is a major problem . As much as we love the staff as people we feel our animals would be best served under someone elses care and a place that would place importance and urgency on our animals .

Highly Recommend!!! I just picked up my 13 week old American Bully from his ear crop surgery and couldnt be more amazed! From the consultation to boarding him over night to pick-up Dr. Hemmert and her staff called and kept us updated, and were there whenever I needed them with open arms and no hesitation! Dr. Hemmert was very knowledgeable about the ear cropping process and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had at the time of consultation. We went with a Short style crop and were able to bring in pictures of what we were wanting to get out of the surgery. Not only did the surgery go well, but they also sent him home with pain medication, a fresh bath, and trimmed nails, all included in the price. I recommend anyone looking for quality ear cropping with someone who has the knowledge and experience of doing it the right way to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hemmert. We go back in a couple days to have the stitches removed, still all included in the price. Thank you again to the Doctors and staff! The kindness and care youve showed will have us coming back for years!

I really like this place. Ive been here a few times now, and the doctors are not only caring and genuine, but they dont push anything on me as a pet owner. They give me choices on what can be done when my pet is sick rather than doing their stuff and handing me the bill. I had to have my male boxer put down because he had cancer, and I chose to put him down here. The doctors were caring, expressed genuine concern, and wanted to make sure we were making the right choice of letting him go. T

My older dog Bruno (14 yrs) was brought in one Saturday morning because he wasnt eating. Dr. Anderson was great, as well as the entire staff. They made us feel comfortable, and kept us informed of everthing that was happening. Dr. Melanie Anderson gave us options of what we could do next and what the possiblities were. She let us know what all the test results meant for Bruno and for us and how they may impact us in the future. I am very gratiful for all her help.

Animal Care Center of Carters Creek came highly recommended by a friend and I now understand why. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Corely was very respectful of my dog and me. He listened to what I had to say and made helpful recommendations but did not try to "sell" me anything, which I very much appreciated. I feel like I have a partner in my dogs healthcare, as I do with my own primary care physician.

I picked Animal Care Center based on the great reviews. It was my (and my kittens) first time at the vet, so I wasnt sure what to expect. Dr. Corley and his assistant were very helpful, informative, and thorough. They were loving to my kittens as well. We will certainly continue to use this practice and will let our friends know. The staff amazing! They are extremely helpful and genuinely care about your pet(s)! I have never had a problem getting my dogs in to see them and they always listen to your preferences for you pet! They treat them and you with respect! I have finally found a vet that I have taken my pets to for longer than one visit, its been a couple of years now.

I really was hoping we would have loved this veterinarian, however being lied to at our 1st visit made it our last. With an appointment, I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. 95% of that time was me waiting in the room with 2 small children and 2 terrified dogs. I left paying $260 with part of that being a "free" $40 dental exam. Dont be fooled!!!

The first time I took my 5 mo old pit to this clinic I fell in love. They are wonderful. The vet got down on the floor and loved and played with my puppy. He wags his tail when he goes in... not afraid at all! We are now regulars and are not going anywhere else. Thank you for loving Cowboy!

Dr.Corley and staff have been amazing in the care of our Boxer Ellie Prim. She was diagnosed with Lymphoma at age 4 and the care and treatment that we received was above and beyond. Dr.Corley and staff do an amazing job recognizing pets are truly family members.

Great experience. We adopted our lab with TVD from Leader Dogs and the staff has been knowledgeable. They have taken the time to explain everything to us. We never feel rushed when there.
