Im cured!!! Well, almost anyway. I finally found someone that really knows how to improve and hopefully cure my neck pain. So far, so good! Im impressed with my initial results. I have two compressed discs in my neck that have caused me constant pain day and night for the past three years. It is painful to sit, stand, walk and sleep. I have been to a doctor, three different chiropractors, and went through 10 sessions of physical therapy and a neck stretching device as recommended by a bone and joint specialist, over the past two years with little to no pain relieving positive results. My neck pain issue began three years ago when I experienced a quadruple open heart surgery, a case of pneumonia, fluid in my lungs (twice), a blood clot, and then another serious operation to extract blood from around my heart. All within a three month period. From the operations and resulting pain and scar tissues I began to slouch over, droop my head down, and lean forward to protect the sensitivity around my chest. To compound the issue, I also work from eight to 12 hours a day, almost seven days a week on a computer. I had given up hope on finding relief and convinced I would live out my days in pain. But now, thanks to Dr. Travis Morgan and his staff at the Advanced Health and Wellness Center of Nashville, after just two 45 minute sessions, I have felt definite improvement and far less pain. Doctor Morgan is the only doctor that has prescribed my medical issue as Forward Head Posture. He is the only one that has treated my chest and shoulder muscles in addition to my back and neck areas that everyone else has treated. Ive had amazing results and quickly. I am excited and motivated to continue with more sessions as I continue to feel better. Dr. Morgan has an entirely different approach to the problems I have and their causes. He is the only doctor I have found that has given me positive results, less pain and encouraged hope. I can highly recommend Dr. Travis Morgan in Franklin, Tennessee. It’s hard to know where to start in writing this review. Prior to beginning my treatment program with Advanced Health and Wellness Chiropractic in Cool Springs I was experiencing neck pain most of my waking hours due to a herniated disk issue I have had for several years. For the past 2 years until December of 2015 I was receiving 1 adjustment each week from a local chiropractic franchise. I was feeling better after each weekly adjustment but in between my appointments I would still have daily pain though it did give me some temporary relief. I realized that I was feeling better, but not getting better. At the end of December 2015 I met Dr. Morgan at a Williamson County Chamber of Commerce event. I told him about my situation and what I was experiencing. He conveyed to me that his approach in helping people with similar conditions required more than chiropractic adjustments so I scheduled and went in for a consultation. At that point I decided to begin a customized comprehensive program with a combination of exercises, physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments. I felt some relief within 2 weeks. After about 4 months of treatment I now go 3-4 weeks at a time with no pain and I am on a maintenance program going in once each month for an adjustment and physical therapy. I do about 10 minutes of daily exercises to maintain good posture and muscular support for my neck and am have felt dramatic relief and freedom from pain. Thanks Dr. Morgan and staff. I have been dealing with chronic pain for years and suffered from migraines, even had a TIA 4 years ago. Also done several surgeries, I am tired of pain management and taking pills. So I was interested in what , this place can offer and help me get to the root of my health problems. From my neck to my spine to my hips. I am so happy I did, It has been a true blessing for me. Devin, got me in quickly, for an exam. Dr. Morgan did a thorough exam with x-rays in all. Dr. Morgan explained my conditions and explained the root of all the pain, and made a plan to gets me in better health. I do have to say that just going to his office in this last month, doing warm ups stretching and exercising , rapped release, dry needling and laser therapy and get alignment/ adjustments, sauna treatments helped me tremendously. I am walking better and in less pain , no migraines, and more energy. Paul is great explaining each exercise and the benefits they have for me. Kelsey is understanding and very helpful. The staff there in all are very caring, polite and cheerful. A great atmosphere! What I like about it, Its All in One office, PT and Chiropractic care. They do listen to me and my body and the goal of a healthier me. I have recommend Dr. Morgan and his office to my friends and family, and now everyone out there. It is so worth it! Definitely a 5 star rating!

I came to Travis and Devin unable to move my neck and needing assistance with simple daily tasks (getting out of bed and getting dressed). Because it was close to my spine, I was terrified of the shooting pain and numbness I was experiencing. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted, made comfortable, and immediately told nothing was going to happen that scared me further. I was adjusted but NOT cracked and popped and twisted, which they understood would be painful and scary for me. After laser and other treatments, all within my first visit, I wont lie: I left reluctant. But within 4-6 hours I was able to rotate my head and actually sleep! They had loosened my muscles and decrease the pain enough to preform daily task the next morning. I was in and out of the office in a hour! Realistically, this injury requires more than one treatment but I was surprised at the difference after just one visit. This isnt your "normal" chiropractors office, but that is a good thing! From my experience they treat everyone like a professional trying to return to their "sport" (or life in general). They give you realistic goals and expectations, which I dont hear from hospital doctors. If you are in any discomfort, go see them! They personalize everything and listen to your concerns.

Must have been six years ago that I injured my back lifting. Because of health insurance problems I never finished getting the care needed to completely recover from the injury. Fast forward to 5 weeks ago, Travis Morgan came highly reccommended by one of the Attorneys that I work with. Advanced Health and Wellness is part chiropratic care, part health spa, and part physcial therapy/sports medicine clinic. You will get that feeling as soon as you walk in. They have several adjustment/exercise tables, resistance bands and other equipment. During my first appointment they did a complete xray of my entire spine free of charge, and worked through all of my injuries. After learning about my issues, Travis and his staff tailor made a plan specifially for my injuries complete with over 20 different exercises, many of which i can do at home as well. The exercises, coupled with rapid release massage sessions, acupuncture needling, laser therapy, and chiropractic adjustments have me well on my way to recovery. Although i am not 100% after 5 weeks of 3 appointments a week, I am in considerably less pain than before i came in.
