OK, Im updating my review from last year. Now I have practically zero back pain. I dont even think about my back hurting anymore. Dr.Z continues to keep me on track and my entire body feels stronger and healthier for it. I dont know what I would have done this year without her help. If youre in pain and not seeing her, why? Do you like pain? Are you afraid of feeling better? Do you just like to complain to everyone around you about your pain? Stop doing that and go see her because everyone around you is probably tired of hearing about your pain like they were with me. Someone please add a sixth star somehow to this review. Everything after this was my old review which was still stellar, of course: Holy Cow! This really works! No neck cracking! Ive had back and neck pain for 4 years now. I am a computer tech and a guitar player. When playing guitar in a band, I have to stand up for extended periods of time with weight on my body and this would always cause problems in just minutes. I felt like I couldnt move afterwards and would have to take frequent breaks while rehearsing. When working with replacing parts in a computer, I would have terrible pain. Even just folding clothes or washing dishes (yes, some guys do this stuff) and just walking or standing for a few minutes would give me ridiculous pains in my back. I was going to a traditional chiropractic doctor and was getting minor results, but the pain always came back. I had heard about this AO style and was intrigued. I knew something had to be done and I was about to get called to audition for a band. Being desperate for relief, I decided to take the chance that Dr. Z could help. It was the best gamble Ive ever done with my health. In two days, I was already feeling unlike before and thought, its just in my mind. In two weeks, I knew I wasnt imagining things anymore. About a month after seeing Dr.Z , I had my first gig with the band. I couldnt believe it! I could move on stage, I wasnt in pain at all. I folded clothes and no pain. I worked on computers and no pain! Ok, I say no pain, but really the only pains I have are from the occasional times my back gets a little straighter after seeing her. It goes away as it should, kinda like working out and feeling the pain for a day or two. If you want real results without the fear that youre about to get paralyzed from the neck snap, or any other "wrestling holds" that traditional chiropractors use, this is the place. Ive never heard anyone complain about her. Theres a sign in her office as you go in that says "Expect Miracles". Its the most true sign Ive seen. She doesnt know Im giving this testimonial. I have nothing to gain by taking my time to tell you this. I really appreciate her this much for changing my life and with I could do even more to get the word out on this. Shes very humble and always says its the AO technique, and never takes the personal accolades. Well, regardless shes the one I will always see from now on. I have another gig tomorrow and Im ready to rock! Thanks Dr.Z!

Dr. Z is amazing! I am a nurse so I have frequent back pain from the nature of my job. I am also a long term migraine "victim". With Dr. Zs Atlas Orthoganal technique, I now have cut my headaches by at least 80%. She is very gentle but very precise! She begins with a consultation at the next appointment she has printouts of what she found and discusses them with you so you can see whats going on and what you can expect in the weeks to come. I feel so much better overall since seeing her--turns out a misaligned spine affects more than just your back and neck. I am always able to get in if I need to change my appointment for whatever reason and have never had to wait... when my appointment time is at 4, I walk out by 4:15. The office is so clean and the essential oils that are used in the treatment room are very soothing. While you are in the treatment room, calming music is played softly which just adds to the whole experience. I feel like my appointments are almost like a relaxation therapy and "me" time. The office assistant is so friendly and sweet! If you are on the fence about seeing a chiropractor, try Dr. Zyra-Herrera you wont be disappointed.

Roberta-Feb29,2012 January 18, 2012 will always be a day I will remember with a smile. This is the first day I met with Dr. Z with the Precision Care Chiropractic Group. I was talking with a friend of mine in Iowa one day and we were dis- cussing our aches and pains along with our ages and she asked me if I had ever been told that possibly my "atlas" was off. I had no idea what she was talking about and after she told me she had some of the same pains and went to her chiropractor, I really began listening. She recommended Dr. Z after getting her number from her doctor and I called and made an appointment. She uses the orthogonal method to help line up your atlas which is pain free and it works!! If you have leg, neck, or back pain please call her and make an appointment. She can truly make a difference in your life style!!!!

I first visited Precision Care Chiropractic based on a Google search and a recommendation of the AO chiropractic style from my dad. Having never been to a chiropractor, I didnt know what to expect and was admittedly a little nervous. Turns out it was for no reason at all! Dr. Z made me feel immediately comfortable during my initial assessment. She took time to listen to my concerns and walked me through explanations of how we would address them. Since beginning regular adjustments, theres been noticeable difference in my posture, my stride - even how I sleep. (Not to mention that pesky neck pain thats gone away!) I would highly recommend Dr. Z and Precision Care Chiropractic to anyone!

Dr. Zyla-Herrera is an absolute professional. She is extremely knowledgable, equipped, and interested in helping her patients. When Ive arrived for an appt. I have never had to wait, shes always on time. Her office is clean, peaceful and conveniently located. One thing in particular that I really appreciate is that, although she understands the process that the body goes through; she makes sure you understand it as well. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and was actually a little hesitant. So glad I found and chose Dr. Z. I feel progress with every visit; and even though Im still in the primary stages of healing, I have a great feeling about my outcome!

Dr. Z is a wonderful chiropractor that goes above and beyond to ensure your body is as healthy as it can be. I have been to other chiropractors and this is an entirely different experience. She takes the time to really find out what is going on with you each visit, gives you exercises to strengthen your weak areas, and spends a lot of time with you. Every time I go there I feel like I am the only person she is focused on – wonderful bedside manner. I have chronic neck pain from a car accident and slowly but surely I have noticed my adjustments lasting longer and giving me more strength than I have had in months. I would recommend her to anyone in need.
