The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Tigges was great at not only giving test results, but providing answers and explanations for conditions and why DOT requires certain tests and specific levels to be able to certify a driver. It was a great knowledge-based experience and tremendous customer service as well as a quality medical exam done without an appointment! Will definitely use them for all future needs for DOT and chiropractic. He has been in Gallatin for 25 years and has recently added the DOT exams. THANK YOU!

Tennessee DOT Physical Dr. Tigges is a 2014 FMCSA National Registry Certified Medical Examiner, and is qualified to perform CDL/DOT physicals in Tennessee, as well as BAT (Breath Alcohol Testing) and Drug Testing through a split urine collection (in compliance with the DOT employment drug test requirements). If you have a last minute DOT Physical or last minute random Drug screen to complete this is the place to go, they are ready to help with their experienced staff.

Dr. Mike has a great system. He knows what the DOT program is looking for and he exceeds it. Dr. Mike will keep you informed as a driver so you can drive with peace of mind knowing that you are medically fit to perform at your best as a commercial driver. Dr. Mike knows the importance of proper diet and exercise as a professional commercial driver I would highly recommend Dr. Mike. He is a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about the CDL community.

It was a great experience from the time I walked in the door. The receptionist was very helpful the nurse was great at her job made things very easy going. Visiting the doctor was a great experience for me. He did some things that in the recent physicals were not done this was very professional courteous. I recommend anyone to visit his office. You will be taken care of very well and its very reasonable.

My DOT physical exam with Dr. Tigges was thorough, but I definitely got the feeling he wanted me to pass. He wouldnt fraudulently pass anyone, but he is empathetic with the need for a driver to have, and keep a job. As a person, he is flat-out naturally upbeat and cheerful, which tells me that as a Chiropractor, he practices what he preaches. In other words, his demeanor is his best endorsement.

Very good group of people. I was a walk in. Only wait time I had was me filling out papers. Staff was excellent, made me feel like I was family. Tigges did a great job of explaining things I didnt know and he didnt miss a thing in the exam. I would recommend him to anyone. I am even going to send my wife there for chiropractic care.
