My wife approached Lakeshore Family Chiropractic with severe back pain. They saw her for 19 visits spanning only 2 months. After all these visits, and lots of money, they did not help us in any way. Zero results. We are in the same, or even worse position than when we started. It took us 19 visits and $1400 dollars to tell us the same thing that our family doctor told us in one 10 minute visit. They would have gladly continued to take our money, and allow my wife to remain in pain without proper treatment. On top of all that our insurance company said they billed it all wrong, costing us twice as much out of pocket.

They have a very nice facility, very friendly staff. I went in with a sore neck and shoulder, and at this time my neck is fine and my shoulder is just a little off being fixed. So my goals for going in the first place have been meet. The price was very reasonable for what I was getting done. Very efficient, friendly, and honest. This is my first time trying a chiropractor after years of being skeptical but we were looking for relief for my daughters neck pain and headaches so decides to give it a try. It has made a world of difference. I wish I had tried it sooner. Dr Dave is kind, gentle, honest, and made my daughter feel very comfortable during her visits. The office staff is equally as awesome!

The staff is always smiling and happy, the doctors all seem to have a great rapport with one another as well as the ladies of the front desk. the environment is very welcoming and relaxed, knowledgeable and caring. I couldnt ask for a better place for my spinal care. Dr. Prins is my chiropractor and she is great, I highly recommend her or any of the doctors.

Very friendly and professional staff. I was seen by Dr. Blake Spooner over the course of a year. He was very knowledgable, skilled and caring/conscientious in his treatment of my neck and back issues. I also received soft tissue massage, by one of the on staff massage therapists, Angie, which was also very helpful.

I feel very well informed about the steps being taken for bettering my overall wellness. Also, enough positive things could not be said about the entire staff and massage therapists!
