So I had to take a drug test for a certain prescription that the state starting requiring tests for, which was fine. I take the test and go home. 2 weeks later I randomly get a letter signed by him saying he would no longer be my doctor because I refused to take the drug test? I called him and he said they never got results back so he assumed i didnt take it and dropped me. Turns out the nurse probably never even collected my sample, but he didnt even ask what happened before dropping me. He acted as though it wasnt his problem. Would not recommend.

I have gone to this practice for 8 years. It has rapidly gone down hill. Last year I had a mammogram that the order was never sent for that caused me 2 visits to the hospital and several hours of waiting before anyone would actually send the order. This year I made an appointment for my annual physical and it was coded as a regular office visit leaving me to have to pay the bill. The office staff that answers calls are unhelpful and sometimes rude. Over all just bad experience after bad experience.

Dr. Phay is our family doctor. My wife and I, both, see him. He is very courteous and prompt. We never have an issue getting an appointment and never have to wait for our scheduled appointments. We are both prior military. I am retired military and use our Tricare benefits with him. We will happily follow him to his next location.

I started seeing Dr Phay 6 yrs ago. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. My wait has never been more than 10 mins. Ive had labs and X-rays and I appreciate the appointment reminders. Thanks to the Staff Im in great hands.
