Dr. Bill is great. I love him and have stayed with him despite issues with his staff. But in response to the 2 other complaints/reviews, his office manager does manage to run off quite a few of his patients. Shes just a little crotchety old lady with a rude mouth. I usually look over her although sometimes shes a bit TOO much. Also, she half asses the ultrasounds. She accused my bf of stealing gift certificates that his mother gave him for Christmas before she died. She acts like she is angry about having to work? Maybe she hates people? I havent figured her out. However, the other girl who works there really tries her best to help you. To get my insurance filed, I have to call my insurance company, and have my insurance co call HER to get things done. Deal with Pam and youll get further. Avoid the other one.

very bad experience overall. The front desk staff wouldnt verify benefits with my insurance provider and forced me to pay co-pay when the treatment was over. When I asked for invoice, the staff refused to produce a formal invoice. Also they refused to provide me the x-ray images they took when I requested the images to be looked at by another doctor.

This place is VERY inviting. I love Dr. Gillenwater and his staff. They have really helped me. There is a chiropractor a lot close to me but I could never leave Dr. Bill.

Very rude front office staff, not knowledgeable at all. The first medical office I have ever been that doesnt know how to call and very benefits.
