Usually Chiropractic and M.D.s are separate in this world. But this Chiropractic Office just added Dr. Howell, who specializes in Internal Medicine, Spider Vein and Vein Removal, Medically Supervised Weight Loss and Facial Aesthetics like Dermal Fillers and Botox! Im so excited to see the two worlds coming together, because if I DO decide to help slow Mother Nature, I want a Medical Doctor with many years experience, and not a tech that gave me a coupon. :) Looking forward to a consult for some of their New Services offered this year! (Always call them, sometimes they run special packages and pricing on Facial Aesthetics and Massage packages! On my experience with his Chiropractic Care in the office: I have been going to Dr. Daryl for years, on and off for small aches and pains. After a small car accident in October, (thank Goodness no one was seriously injured!) I am experiencing some neck and back issues. I got on a program of 3 times a week, and they will work me down to two times, and then probalby once a week as I am improving. When I get better, I will probably go once a month for Wellness and Adjustments for maintenance. Their caring and experienced team of Professionals Take great care of me! From the Doctors for Chiropractic adjustments, Physical therapy with Mary Ellen, State of the Art equipment, Laser Therapy, (Laser therapy not covered by most insurances but may be worth it to pay out of pocket depending on your problem) the Massage Therapists (I see Christy mostly but all are great and been there for years! ) They are so good they get rid of my headaches and help me stay relaxed and reduce pain in my shoulder and neck area, Insurance billing and an organized check out with a smile, without any surprises, And finally, a support staff that treats you like family and lifts your spirits higher than when you got there, this Team has been around awhile and knows how to treat you!

So i made an appointment a week ago for my husband and I I provided my Insurance Info I asked the scheduler if they took my insurance I stopped at the office got my paperwork to fill it out before my schedule appointment. The receptionist took a copy of husbands ID, my ID and Insurance card 5 hrs later i go to my schedule appointment as Im waiting everything is ok Then Trisha calls me to the back and as we are getting ready for her to get my medical History she tells me THEY ARE NOT A PROVIDER FOR THE INSURANCE I HAVE. I understand that not everyone takes everything I work at a Drs Office i Know that However, Why did they waited till i was there ready to see the Doctor to disclose this important information. I wasted money they made me leave work early they made my husband leave early from work. That for me is loosing money.. What a lack of respect of consideration to another person. Moss Chiropractor had my cell had my home number why not call me before i leave my house?? why not call me to the front desk when im checking in to let me know of the Issue Why Tell me they are a provider when they are not...... IF someone made a mistake i undestand that but there were several people that made the same mistake THE SCHEDULER THE RECEPTIONIST THE INSURANCE VERIFIER THE ONE THAT TOOK A COPY OF MY INSURANCE CARD THE MANAGER for letting this happen Trisha did tell me if i dont find a provider that takes my insurance to go back I will NEVER go Back even if they pay me to give them a try

Dr Mikes the type of chiropractor you get warned about. I transferred to him near the end of my treatment from his brother Brett. From day 1 onward Mikes adjustments were no more than a quick snapping of my neck and back, and then leaving the room asap. Incredibly impersonal, and I got the sense he wasnt even reading my records or knew what my treatment was. Eventually, one of these adjustments hurt my neck and I was in pain for several days afterwards. I quickly scheduled an emergency return visit that I was assured would be free of charge. During that visit I got nothing more than another impersonal quick adjustment, and upon asking if adjustments were still good for me since Im no longer benefiting from them, Dr Mike proceeded to argue with me and tell me "whatever". Later on I found out I was charged for that visit anyway. I did not return. Two stars is only because the support staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Dr Mike seemed like he couldnt care less though, and only wanted to milk me out of as many last few visits as possible.

If you are looking for an office that provides exceptional customer service from the moment you place the call, check in the front desk and see the doctor, then you have found it here. My family has been patients of Dr. Daryl Moss for years now, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. A lot of times, a doctors office staff does not reflect positively on the establishment and vice versa. But at Moss Chiropractic Clinic even the girls collecting money at checkout are kind. You can tell everyone enjoys working there and it transcends down to the patients. You will probably never find a more empathetic, friendly and knowledgeable staff anywhere. In a world that seems to be changing for the negative, this team is a breath of fresh air. Dont stop what youre doing. Thank you.

Snap! Crackle! Pop! Thats probably what youre thinking a Chiropractic adjustment? Well, Drs Moss, Moss and Moss will milk those serial aches and pains right out of you! (Did I bowl you over with that pun?). Beth and I have been patients for quite some time, mostly with Dr Daryl. We may limp in, but we always walk out with a renewed vigor. The only part that may hurt is our funny bone! The office staff is great and even appreciates my jokes! Seriously, Moss Chiro is constantly updating their technologies, procedures and equipment. Ive been amazed at the investment they place back into their business. All the better for us. Hey Doc! I feel a little sore, guess its time to have you crack me up!

The entire staff is very friendly and professional and caring. I really appreciate Dr Mike Mosss skill and congenial personality. The office offers decompression, sonar and laser therapies as well as traditional chiropractic. The staff makes the office visit a good experience. You can even get a massage that is wonderful, both therapeutic and relaxation. Parking can be difficult sometimes when the parking lot is very full so its best to schedule during off peak times, when there is plenty of parking spaces.

Never a problem getting a timely appointment - even same day. Short wait times, both in the waiting and exam rooms, which is always a plus! Dr. Daryl Moss was caring and informative while expertly explaining, relieving and eventually eliminating my painful condition. I especially liked the fact that strong narcotics were not recommended and common sense treatments were applied to manage pain and aid healing between adjustments. For these reasons, I wont go anywhere else for my chiropractic care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kylees for about 8 years, and she has completely turned my back problem around. She assisted me when I was in a lot of pain, and treated me until I was absolutely free of pain. Since then, I have been having monthly adjustments and it is rare that I experience any of the agonizing pain I had before.
