I would collectively rate Paddock Place Dental four stars for my family. Paddock Place Dental is a good practice for several reasons: - Friendly staff - Location is convenient and pleasant facility - Multiple models of communications reminding of your appointment - Hygienists and staff - Knowledgeable and do a good job A few areas they can improve upon include: - Billing - The office typically and automatically sends statements without waiting for insurance to clear several times creating wasted paper/postage and confusion to the customer. - Added services not covered - Had several instances for services (ex. fluoride treatment, sealants, oral exams, etc.) not covered via insurance and did not request. We would like to know up front each time so we can choose whether I want the service or not. - Turnover of staff - While not a major issue, I have been noticing several new staff members at the practice. All are fine and competent but it is always welcoming when the all staff members knows my family primarily by name vs. primarily by credentials (date of birth, etc.) first. Bottom line, learn and utilize your dental care policy and ask questions if you do not understand.

Horrible office staff! They are so rude and unprofessional that I changed my dentist because of them! I asked for $59 exam on my first visit.. She told me no because I had insurance even though I was paying out of pocket! Dentist told me I needed 2 of my old root canals redone. Just saw a specialist and he told me they were both fine! Have 3 crowns now and only needed one of them! Ive spent a lot of unnecessary money here!! Had pain a few days after a root canal and called to see what to do as it was getting worse not better, the receptionist who IS NOT a dental assistant told me there was nothing they could do and call back in a week! NO.. Asked to speak with Dentist or dental assistant and they told me to come in and they could help.. Got right in, from dentist NOT the actual staff. Got it fixed that day and pain gone! Im so happy I have found a new dentist Dr. Winfree, and I dont have to spend anymore money or time here! Dentist was nice and caring though. Just couldnt get over how the office staff treated me like crap! Good luck wasting money here!

I got a few different expensive procedures done here. The staff was nice as well as the dentist, my rating of two stars is for that reason alone. Within a year of getting a root canal and crown for the tooth and spending a lot of money on it my crown fell off while on a trip to Vegas and broke so I couldnt even save it to get put back in. Six months after that a filling in a tooth in the front of my mouth also came out. I had a temporary cap from a different dentist that they were wanting to replace for me when I got the bad crown and said they didnt do temporary ones which that other dentist did to help me when I couldnt afford a permanent one. My temporary crown is still in and was done 10 years ago so maybe this place should do the temporary crowns since the so called permanent ones they do are definitely not permanent and cost a whole lot of money to only last a year.

I scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Thompson to have my teeth cleaned and whitened and to replace a filling. I have not been to a dentist for quite some time so I did not know what to expect. What I found was a very professional staff and up to date technology that I have never seen in a dentist office. Once the novacaine was sufficiently administered, replaceing the filing went very smooth and he used material to match my tooth. You cant even tell it has been done. The Teeth Whitening. What can I say but ZOOM!! That is the name of the Laser Whitening Device. After I got through I could not believe how white my teeth were! I m serious, Joe Biden would even be jealous. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his staff.

Ive been to Paddock Place dental for the past few years and its been amazing. I started out just getting my cleanings, but decided it was time to do something about my smile after a broken jaw. The staff walked me through the Invis-align process and made the entire endeavor smooth. While it wasnt necessary, they did offer payment plans and referred me to a local specialist for some issues with root canals. I always felt that there prices were reasonable and completely worth it when considering the quality of work done and level of professionalism. I think if youre new to the area like I was and want to find a quality dentist you can count on, Paddock Place is the way to go.

I went to Paddock Place to get my teeth cleaned. However, they insisted on performing a number of other procedures including a comprehensive exam, x-rays, etc. They said that my insurance would cover it. Well, the insurance did not cover it, and they billed me for it a month later. The total charge was $116 while all of these services fell under their supposed $59 special for new patients. They also tried to give me a hard sell using scare tactics for a crown that I do not need. This place seems to take a lot of liberty with the truth. I would avoid it.

I want to thank Dr. Knox for an excellent dental experience. She was very professional and compassionate. I was a nervous patient who didnt know what to expect with my extensive dental procedures, thankfully it has been an essentially painless set of procedures and I am extremely pleased with all the results. I have been to several dentists due my frequent moves to different states and I can honestly say the prices are very fair and the professional outcome a welcome surprise. I will highly recommend Dr. Knox to my family and neighbors.

My boyfriend went to Paddock Place Dental for their advertised $59 cleaning and exam. He left with an estimate of $467 to replace a supposedly chipped filling and to fill a very small chip on a front tooth. I sent him to my dentist (Dr. Danny Crockarell) the next day where he learned that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the old filling and the small chip was smoothed. Stay far away from this scam of a dentists office. If you need a good dentist, Dr. Crockarell is the best I have ever had...gentle, conservative, and HONEST!

Ive been going to Paddock Place Dental for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences at every visit. The office staff is friendly, my cleanings are thorough and comfortable, and Dr. Thompson does excellent work. They have a modern office with updated facilities and offer the latest treatments. I would highly recommend this practice to others who are looking for superior dental care.

Their services are very reasonably priced and they get you right in to see you with no wait! I will definitely be referring this practice and Dr. Thompson to my friends and family. Friendly and inviting atmosphere but I felt pressured to get a root canal the same day that I came in just to have a tooth examined. Now the cap keeps falling out and apparently they are closed on Fridays (contrary to the hours listed above). $1500 for a root canal with insurance and Ive made three consecutive trips up here to get the cap fixed. Im irritated to say the least.
