There is NOTHING comforting or caring about this company! Worst experience with a dental company. First they claimed I had numerous cavities, once filled, my bite was off to the point of continuous pain. Next, a huge chunk of filling broke off. They repaired it, at their convenience, and attempted to fix the bite. I still have pain. Next, its like dealing with a car salesmen. They made a pitch so quickly. I barely had time to breathe before I was signing up for unnecessary procedures. I called the next business day to cancel. I was told everything would be taken care of. It has taken me almost 2 months to get everything settled. The Dr. called, seemingly concerned, only to never return my return phone call. The staff is like a revolving door of receptionists. Each one less dependable than the last. On my final visit there I was treated with the least amount of professionalism I have ever experienced. Unless youre looking for a beginner dentist with a less than charming staff, all of which are out for your dollar not your comfort, I suggest you find somewhere else.

I have had a lot of Dental work done in my life! NEVER have I ever had a dentist hurt me like this guy!! I saw him because my regular dentist referred me, for faster assistance with an extraction. That went fine but the follow up visit on day 3 to have bone clipped away... That was a nightmare!! I was already in pain and this guy thought it would be ok to go clipping bone from my VERY soar extraction site, with no numbing medicine AT ALL! Then using all his might dug in so hard! Even as I writhed in pain he didnt let go! I was in tears and ten times the agony than when I arrived! Thats when he figured it might be a good idea to numb me. I just got up and left after he numbed me. I was very traumatized and shocked by this experience. I will NEVER let that man come near me again. Dr. Dennery is inexperienced and lacks compassion for his patients!!

Do not recommend. I went in for a cleaning back in July and told they would contact me and tell me options after finding a few teeth they might want to fill because of cavities starting... Go figure didnt hear a word until my next cleaning date came up, so I went ahead and got them cleaned. Just like someone else said, this time they claim to have found 9 cavities when Ive only had one cavity in my life and it was filled 1.5 years ago. On top of that, this cleaning they just went ahead and put fluoride on my teeth, to find out afterwards that I have to pay extra for that. And the $100 gift card I was given as a new patient for "$100 savings on all treatment" wont be able to be applied toward that. What a joke. Just save yourself the time and hassle and find another dentist that will actually care about your mouth and its condition.

I have been to Comfort Dental for multiple procedures . Every person that works there that I have interacted with is polite, professional, and helpful. They have flat screen tvs attached to every dental chair to watch the whole time your there. Not joking. They really do. I watched family fued the entire time I was there today getting some work done. I read other reviews about people whining about pain as the reason for not liking Comfort Dental. News flash. This just in. If you go to any dentist there may and probably will be some pain and discomfort involved. In closing, I would recommend Comfort Dental and will be returning in the future for all my dental care.

I really dont understand the bad reviews for Comfort Care, every visit I have had has been exceptional. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have received cleanings and cavity fillings from this office without any issues and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout all procedures. Dr. Jay even personally called me the day after my fillings to ensure everything was alright. I have never experienced a dental office that seemed to care so much about their patients. I highly recommend Comfort Care!

I received a promotion in the mail for $59 exam, cleaning, and x-rays. I was a bit skeptical and concerned that theyd just try to sell me additional services once I got in there, but decided to give them a try and see. Well, thats exactly what they did!!!! Very disappointed in their services and would not recommend to anyone. I felt more like I was in a high pressure sales seminar than a dentist. Couldnt believe a word he said and had no trust in his recommendations.
