Good experience. Cleaning are great and meet industry standards. The best experience I had there was when I had some cavities filled, she did a great job and it was super fast, done in under 20 minutes! Bad experience. On my return visit to have cavities filled didnt go so well. I needed two filled, so I scheduled a time to come get those done. We did the first without a hitch and I could see myself leaving in about 45 minutes total. When she was about to do the second she was called away to tend to another customer who had just came in, 45 minutes later she returned and had to re administer anesthesia because she was away for so long that I was getting my feeling back. Also, I noticed that they do not have covers on or clean their lamps. After touch a mouth and touching the lamp they need to be cleaned. A quick note, do not let the dental assistant drill anything in your mouth. The Doc let her assistant do a little drilling to smooth the tooth over after it was filled. I noticed an odd noise the drill was doing and felt excessive vibrations. The doctor came back to inspect the completed job and commented on my excessive grinding that I do on ONE TOOTH. My tongue couldnt leave the rough spot alone for the longest. I couldnt see what was going on in there but I am 100% sure that she was grinding on the tooth. Summary. There is potential, but until that potential is met I will not return. Furthermore, I will not return.

Over the years have been very happy with the drs & staff until recently. They dropped our insurance in March. My son had an appt. scheduled with them that he had for awhile bc it was scheduled around his college schedule. Then it got moved to the 2nd wk of April...keep in mind, they no longer took our insurance after March. Leaving us scrambling, both of us to get moved & everything else rescheduled. I even went by there (talked to their NEW sec.) she couldnt tell me what Id owe to still have my cleanings there....she called yesterday to see if I wanted a cleaning today when I came along w/ my crown being seated...(btw, that took weeks to get scheduled, felt I was moved out of the way to fit THEIR schedule rather than mine) So...I ask the same lady on the phone, what would my cost be if any bc I have ins. & my new dentist will cover at 100%...she STILL could not answer...DONT WASTE MY TIME OFFERING A SERVICE THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW THE COST OF! & why would I come back to you after doing my sons appt. the way you all did???? LOVED going there, but I see how things are treated when it comes down to the buck rather ones health. Ive been waiting WEEKS to leave this deserving review!

Ive seen Dr. Johnson for years now. It takes a long time to find a dentist that you truly trust and ever since my first visit, I knew I wouldnt go to any one else. She not only cares about the health of your teeth, but she wants them to look good. I recommend all my friends and family to her. You seriously wont find a better dentist!

They are very inconsistent, when it comes to communication amongst the staff and labs. After Im literally 5 mins from my appointment and they call and tell me I have to reschedule. They had an entire week to figure this out.. will not return after this.

Absolutely love this dentist! I have a fear of the trip to the dentist office and have had bad experiences with unprofessional crooks. Im glad to say this place isnt one of them. I also highly recommend this dentist! Great job and great people.
