I was so impressed by this office! My appt. was at 11am and they took the time to call to tell me I can come in a little later because they were running a bit behind and didnt want me to have to wait a long time in their waiting area if I had something else I could be doing. Really? Who does something so considerate? They do! Everyone from the front staff to the back they are very warm, welcoming calming folks. I feel so lucky to have discovered this place for my awful dental issues. We should be so thankful to have them in our town. Thank you again Karen for being so kind and giving me a warm cozy blanket because I was so cold during my procedure. That helped so much. Along with the crackers and pop! lol Oh, I have to mention one more thing. The bite guard "thingy" helps a lot too. You can rest your mouth while they are working in it so that you dont have to keep it open yourself. Life Saver!! Thanks again guys!

Dr. Storms facility offers an inviting atmosphere which immediately makes you at ease and gives you the confidence that you have made the best decision about where to get your root canal. My procedure was performed with the up most gentle compassion and professional manner imaginable. They have state of the art equipment and technical knowledge. This was my fifth root canal although my first done by Dr. Storm. Following my procedure, Dr. Storm showed me X Rays and explained my results so I could be confident that she had completed the removal of all of the nerves. Most dentists wont tell you if they dont get them all, and if they dont, you will have trouble. It was by far the best experience I have encountered. You will find Dr. Storm and her staff so lovable that you will miss them. They will treat you like family.

Who knew getting a route canal would be a pleasant experience. The staff was wonderful, calming and made me feel special. I was notified step by step and shown X-rays before and after. Dr. Storm skills amazed me, rather than give all the numbing shots at once...she waited for the first one to numb before giving the others. Holding your mouth open is a thing of the past, your teeth rest on a soft wedge. She uses an overhead microscope (unsure what it is called), I found it nice not to have a Dr. hovering over my face. I felt no pain or pressure, tools sounds were kept to a minimum. Afterwards they take precautions to keep you pain free and within 4 hours I was babysitting with my grandson. Relax and let them take care of you.

I was very nervous to find that I had a cyst surrounding the roots of two teeth which was very swollen and inflamed. My dentist sent me to Dr. Storm for intervention. Because of some of my medical problems, she couldnt pursue the regular course of treatment for this particular problem. After some consideration, she decided on a root canal to reach the cyst and disperse it. I am very grateful to her for treating my problem and for her extensive knowledge and I believe it will certainly take care of it. I also appreciate her staff...from the ladies in the front office to all of the technicians who helped me. Everyone in this office is professional and very considerate and caring of all their patients.

I went here after my dentist made me the appointment. First I see lots of good reviews but they are mostly for Dr. Storm. If you do decide to go here, DO NOT SEE DR. BELL. First, he is rude and a big FAKE! Second, if you have insurance make sure you watch your statements. I overpaid but since I did not call he was not going to send me my money. ?? I guess he was hoping I would never notice so he could keep it!! Is that not against the law?! I would not recommend Dr. Bell or this office!! FYI, if you are looking for a great one- see Dr. Woods. Hes been around a lot longer and is not shady. Unfortunately, you may have to wait a little longer to see him.

Went to Dr. Storm today after being referred by my Dentist. Was seen at Middle TN Endodontics within 15 minutes of arrival. They ran a few test, diagnosed my problem, and got right on a solution after explaining to me what would be involved. I left their office feeling a lot better. Also felt like I was treated as a patient they had known for a long time. I would recommend their service and if I ever need their services again I am sure they will treat me as a VIP (Very Important Patient)! I dont usually write reviews but they earned a good one with their quality service and and quick results...five star rating as far as I am concerned!

I needed an emergency root canal because the tooth my dentist put a crown on a few months earlier became infected and I was in complete agony. My dentist saw me ASAP and confirmed I needed a root canal. Lucky for me Dr. Buffy Storm and Renee were able to see me later the same day to start my root canal and finally relieve the pain. I liked that the Middle TN Endodontics office has a calm vibe to put you at ease. They have a top notch staff that is very friendly and well equipped rooms so I felt like I was getting the best treatment. I highly recommend seeing them if you are in need of an endodontist and live in the area.

Dr Buffy Storm and her staff are simply wonderful and so very professional! I recently underwent an emergency root canal, and they quickly and efficiently worked me into the schedule. The office environment is extremely peaceful, provides a most welcoming atmosphere, and is certainly conducive to making patients feel calm and comfortable! Dr. Storm and her staff made me quite relaxed about the whole procedure and mitigated any anxiety associated with root canals. If you are in need of such expert dental services, Middle Tennessee Endodontics is definitely the place to go!

Root canals are never an enjoyable experience but I must say that Dr. Storm and her assistant Renee made this overall a very pleasant one. They were very concerned with my pain level and made sure that more anesthesia was administered as needed to keep me comfortable. Dr. Storm reviewed the final results and I was even able to view my xrays. Office staff courteously called my dentist and made an appointment for my crown to be permanently bonded. I would highly recommend Middle TN Endodontics and Dr. Storm and Renee specifically if you need to have any endodontic work done!!

My appointment with Dr. Storm was August 5th 2015 @ 11:10 am I left @ 1 pm. My root canal went so well I almost fell asleep. Dr. Storm and her staff were so professional. My first root canal! No pain! (I took 1 percocet pill because I thought I should even though I wasnt feeling any pain and it made me sick so pain pill was unnecessary.) Went back to work the next morning. Cons (Not Really) Hearing is involuntary so I could hear the drill 3 diff times! At least I felt nothing! I would definitely recommend Dr. Storm to anyone.
