The lady on the front desk asked me about the insurance information of my kid. I gave her the information and there was a problem with the insurance at that time I was not aware of. She told me that the system did not accept it in the first attempt. I told her I can figure out the problem with the insurance company and come back later. At that point she asked me for more information and I gave her. This time she told me that it went through and I am okay. My kid was given a vaccine shot in that visit. after the visit, I received a bill of $700 because my kids insurance was not valid at the time of the visit. I tried to discuss the situation with the manager that I told the lady I would prefer to talk to insurance company if the insurance is not going through and the front desk lady told me that everything is okay. I ended up paying $700 for a vaccine shot that can be obtained FREE at any public health center. This experience tells you that they are looking to let you in to get the money whatever is the situation and screw you. SHAME SHAME....

I have always loved the office of Dr.Stacy Williams. She was my brothers pediatrician in 2001 and now she has been my daughters pediatrician since she came into this world in 2008. The day after her birth we where lucky enough to have Dr.Williams as the doctor in the nursery at Baptist Hospital, ever since then we have been blessed to have her as a wonderful knowable source for all our daughters health issues. My daughter Aaliyah, is almost 6 and with the history with Dr.Williams she hates the fact that we have moved out of state and no longer will be her patient. But we plan on one day meeting with Dr.Williams to thank her once more for all that she has helped us with. Many times as a young and new parent I have relied on her word and advice for care and she has never let me down. Thank you also to the staff of Tennessee Pediatrics everyone was always so welcoming with a smile on there face and seemed to enjoy there place of employment.

EVERY time, I wait at least an hour in the exam room before a doctor rushes in, spends two minutes with us, and rushes back out. I understand you have to wait at every office but, this particular one is just ridiculous. If it were only an occasional experience, Id be fine with it but, I have had this issue with every visit and I am changing providers.

All 3 of my kids are patients of Dr.Roach. you can tell that he genuinely cares about kids and their well being. All of the staff in the office are very nice. The office is very clean and kid friendly. My kids really like Dr.Roach. My 4 year old son was playing pretend doctor one day and he said he was pretending to be Dr.Roach.

Pepole in the front disk so rude and they dont care about the sick kids i walk in and my son had a high fever vomiting all his body hurt him after i wating 30 minutes they said we cant see him take him ER which is bad experince i will change this clinic as soon as possible

My recent visit was awesome. Dr.Donnelly and her nurses went above and beyond to service our needs. They showed compassion, concern, and patience from beginning to end. We were in and out in less than an hour. They supported us every step of the way. Top notch!!

Billing department is worst. They are unprofessional/rude and give you hard time in paying your bills. i do not recommend this place. i had to give 1 rating as i cant choose 0.

The service is good, but if you want to visit during walk-in hours, most of the time the physician either come late or leave 30 mins early. I faced this problem 3-4 times.

Tennessee Pediatrics is the best they took care of all of my kids now they are taking care of my grand babies !!! Dr Stacy Williams is awesome and we miss her!!!
