We have been using Capstone Pediatrics for over 15 years. They have changed names and locations a few times but we just love how patient and helpful they have been with all 3 of my kids. They are the best and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Its very nice to know my children are recognized and appreciated every time we come. We are always greeted with a smile from Ms. Rachel at the desk and she is always accommodating to our requests!! I have not had any problems getting an appt when they are sick and its almost always the same day. As for annual physicals, they help me by scheduling them well in advance so that I ha e plenty of time to make arrangements with work. My kids feel extremely comfortable with the Doctors, Nurse Practioners, Nurses, and all other staff at the facility in Murfreesboro. Sometimes we wait a little while but it is to be expected since some people may need a little extra time with the Dr. We have to remember that others may be having a worse day then us or their child may have something more wrong than originally thought. Thank you all at Capstone Pediatrics for all you do and putting up with us for so long!! The Buck Family

I have brought my daughter to Capstone since she was two where theyre always more than friendly. More like family. They are so professional and patient. They have always shown a sense of urgency weather its fitting you in to the schedule or calling you back on concerns you may have or getting lab results asap. Also I want people to know first my daughter was taken to Tennessee pediatrics where her respiratory problem was taken lightly until we ended up with capstone where if the mother claims an instinct the pediatrician trusts your instincts and was sent to a pulmonologist while capstone still kept a close eye on my daught and we together figured out the root of her respiratory problem in one year that Tennessee pediatrics blew off for two years. Mind you she was not breathing on multiple occasions on a week to week bases and weather its life threatening or better safe than sorry circumstance capstone treats you and your children like family. Their actions back up their passion.

I have been using capstone since my daughter was born. She will be 5 in April. I had bad experiences before with long wait times but feel that is kind of expected at any doctors so we kept our doctor. However this time just really rubbed me the wrong way. We had a 1130 Dr appt at what we thought would be the Smyrna location but they failed to tell me they moved to Murfreesboro so I had to reschedule for a later appt. Also 25 mins further from the Smyrna location. Im just very upset that they would not tell you when you schedule an appt oh hey by the way we moved. I wasted my entire day BC of this. And now I know why they keep changing names and now moving around! And not that this is a biggie but to top it off they dont even have reading material while you wait or a kids play area. Definitely going to find a new doctor. Todays experience just topped it off to move on from here. Also they do not have a sick or well kids area.

Incompetence at its best. The office has messed up my sons prescription at least 3 times. I have received the prescriptions without the doctors signature and had to drive back 100+ miles to get, they do not relay messages or return phone calls. He had an appointment and they did not inform us they had moved back to Murfreesboro. I am very displeased with how the office is ran. Delaying a patients care is not only critical to the well being of someone but also reflects bad ratings when it comes down to healthcare guidelines CMS. I work in healthcare and if I provided the service they did we would not only lose accreditation but our business as well. It took me calling the corporate office for them to be proactive and handle situations. This use to be a good office but I must say over the past year they have been below average.

My Appointment Was At 3:00 Which I scheduled That At 12:00 That Day And I Arrived At 2:18 I Was Called Back At 2:50 The Nurse I Had Was Great Only Problem Was The Front Desk Staff I Wasnt Greeted And This Is My First Time Here At This Location So I Was Like Am In The Right Place. Then After I Signed In I Took A Seat Shortly After, The Lady At The Front Desk Called Me Back Up N Wasnt Sure If I Could Be Seen Because Im 17 With No 18 Year Old With Me Which Is The First I Heard Of This So She Emailed The Doctor To See If I Could Still Be Seen Which I Could But Other Then That It Was Great.

I absolutely love that my 3 children go to Capstone. The staff is always so helpful with them. They work with me and my ever changing schedule. My kids like going there and that says a lot because children usually hate the doctors office. Thanks guys for being here for us, especially on Saturdays. A working mother can;t ask for much more than that.

Currently here for a 2:00 PM appointment. We arrived 5 minutes early. Its now 3:30 PM and were still waiting in the lobby. Utterly ridiculous! Been here a few times before and its definitely not worth the wait, which is commonplace here. Go somewhere else with shorter wait times and better doctors! I know we will from now on.

My experience went well! My appointment was a 8:50, of course I got there a little early but I was called back at 8:50. The nurses and the doctor were very nice and thorough! The lady at the front desk was very nice as well!
