My 5 year old daughter had a exposed nerve and could not eat or drink anything too hard or hot or cold and i called on a thursday to make an appointment for friday because she was complaining of it hurting very bad and I did not want her to have to go through the weekend hurting. She was going to go to school and i pull her out at 1:45 for an appointment at 2:00 but she started crying while trying to eat her cereal in the morning so i kept her home and went up to Anna Dental to see if they could get her in earlier. The woman at the front desk who I think her name was julie told me they would not see her unless I paid $80 dollars on MY account that was owed from one of MY visits. I have a ppo dental plan that covers 100% for office visits and I told her so and she informed me that they had no insurance on file for me. I got upset because she could have taken the time to call me and let me know so i could make an appt some where else for my kid. She said she would need the $80 before they would see my child. I told her no i refused to pay it because i have insurance. I called my insurance company and told them the date of service that she was reffering to and the man told me that a claim from dr ludlows office was filed on febuary 9th and that a check was sent out to them and was cashed on march 19th. I informed her of this and asked her how a claim was filed if they did not have my insurance on file and where is the money from the check that was cashed and she said she would have to see the paperwork from aetna but she would still not see my daughter. She said that she handles all the financial issues so apparently because of her incompetence I had to scramble to find a dentist to take my daughter too and she ended up needing a root canal. They dont care about the patient there only the money i highly recommend going elsewhere maybe to melissa or to all smiles dental in mckinney they were wonderful.

Wow! What an excellent experience! Having moved quite a bit over the past few years, my family and I have been to a number of dentists, and I can say with absolute confidence that Anna Dental is by far THE BEST. My first experience with the practice was my phone call - the woman I spoke to was friendly, courteous and actually made me look forward to coming in for my appointment - which, by the way, I didnt have to wait 3 months for the next availability - I was seen just 2 days after I called!! On the morning of my appointment, parking was super convenient with spots right outside their front door (extra important if you have little ones or are in a hurry!). I was welcomed with smiles, the waiting room was comfortable & inviting (although I didnt spend much time in there at all!), the staff (everyone!!) was professional, polite, and so kind, but most importantly -- they did WONDERS to my mouth !!! I have the most outstanding clean PLUS Dr. Jeff repaired several chips I had (I have issues keeping things out of my mouth...) I am so pleased with my experience and look forward to going back again!!! Thank you Anna Dental !!!!

Anna Dental is amazing. Thats the best way to sum it up. The staff is friendly and so helpful. They truly care about you as a person and whats best for you and your family. I have been to several dentists in my life and battled with unknowledgeable staff, persistent (even mean) dentists, rude hygienists, and usually a bill I never knew was coming. This does NOT happen at Anna Dental. They are so forthcoming with information on whats best for you, what choices you have, what insurance will cover, and what out-of-pocket expenses will be. They hygienists are so sweet and friendly, and recognize you on the street and ask you how you are doing. As long as my family lives in Anna, we will be going to Anna Dental. My children get so excited when they find out its dentist time again and they tell everyone that mentions a dentist, they need to switch to Anna Dental. Now that my friends, means the service is EXCELLENT.

I used to take my kids to a pediatric dentist but they were so expensive. I decided to take my kids to Dr. Ludlow but was very nervous because they are a family dentist and not only "pediatric". I was so pleased to see that he was so much better with my children than the 2 pediatric dentists that they have been to before! If I could start over, I would have brought my kids to him from the beginning. My kids actually like going to the dentist now! We just took my 3rd child in for her first appointment and I thought that she would cling to me the entire time and would refuse to open her mouth. She is very reserved but she opened right up to everyone there and keeps telling me that she wants to go back! The entire staff is fantastic-- I cant say enough good things about Anna Dental. Yall have made my life as a mom to apprehensive children so much easier. Thank you!

EXCELLENT DENTIST! Dr. Mark A. DeSimone and staff are extremely professional and straight forward.. I on the other hand am not. :) His crack team of specialist perform their preliminary work while listening, yes I said listening, to your concerns. Mark listens to his staff results and has a resolution that is appropriate to the situation. THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A IM A PAID SPOKE PERSON, WHICH I AM NOT. I just ONLY PROMOTE EXCELLENT BUSINESSES. I have recommend Anna Dental to every person who asks or is speaking about their own dentist. Do not put off dental needs due to lack of funds. Dr. Simone is a member of the CareCredit program which offers a financing option with intrest rates for as low as 0% for 6 to 12 months [on approved credit.] Again, Mark and his specialists is what makes Anna Dental a great business.

Im about a 45 minute drive from them but to me its worth the drive. They treat you like family, and the dentistry and cleanings are great. There is never a long wait either, which I appreciate. I live in Dallas, by the way, so finding a closer dentist would be quite easy. I had a dentist in Dallas for years and was happy enough, but when I wanted to get a new mouthguard my son, who lives in Anna, recommended Anna Dental. I went to them for my new mouthguard and was so impressed with everyone there and the facility that I started going to them for all my dental needs.

Worth every minute of drive! HIGHLY recommend. Great experience from phone call to make appointment to finishing up at check ou. Great staff and AWESOME dentists. Before I hated going to the dentist, but this office is so friendly and professional, they make the whole experience painless. No pushiness, no talking to each other and/or you while your mouth is open. Just nice, polite, friendly people doing their job well!... and they gave me yummy chapstick. Thank you Anna Dental! Yall rock.
