My name is Daniel Velazquez & I was involved in a horrible motor cycle accident in 2012 went head first through the truck rear windshield @ 60 mph of the suv that cut me off. I suffered a (TBI) Traumatic Brain Injury. I was in a 5 month . moved to Texas , attending physical therapy & doing as much as I can to recover when I get rear ended by another car here in Austin while in my wheel chair. Long story short Doctor Samuel Sneed is the only Doctor whos been able to put his hands on me & make the pain go away & make me feel better. Hes Awesome & has Great partners.

These guys know what theyre doing! Ive worn down my rotator cuffs from Crossfit and NextLevel came highly recommended. From what Ive experienced, its for good reason. They did some soft tissue work to help the healing process and then some good training to develop the stability needed to prevent these injuries in the future.
