Let me tell yall something. I LOVE this place!! I have NEVER been one to even think about someone adjusting my body (I just dont like the way the popping noises sound nor did I ever trust anyone to touch or handle my body like that!) I was having some chronic back pain and decided to get some help for it though. That is when Dr. Daniel came into my life! After meeting with him, I knew that I could trust him and that he sincerely cared about my well being. He made me feel comfortable and I was at ease for EVERY one of my appointments with him. He helped me cure a lower back pain that I had for years by correcting my spines positioning. That was years ago, and I still see him anytime I need to be adjusted! He is an awesome doctor who knows what to do in order to help keep your body healthy! He is filled with so much knowledge and information pertaining to how to keep the body healthy naturally. He has an incredible personality and was able to put someone like me who was fearful of chiropractic adjustments at ease! I only trust Dr. Daniel to adjust my body! Everyone in his office is AMAZING as well! I LOVE Family Health Chiropractic! My husband and my 12 year old daughter are patients of this practice too! We are very pleased with this practice and consider Dr. Daniel and the rest of his staff, friends as well as our health providers! We will be patients of his for life! My family and I always feel great after leaving this office! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Daniel Gonzalez! He is TRULY a blessing!

Dr. Daniel is warm and caring. Besides being a chiropractor, he has a background in bio-chemistry, and therefore is extremely knowledgable in all avenues of healthy living. Hes up to date on all the latest studies. I also like the way he doesnt put any pressure on you, but is always available with the information you need, and will take the time to explain it in a way that is easy to understand. I like the way the tables are set up, very open atmosphere, so you can also learn things when he explains them to the person ahead of you. Brandy, the office manager is also very personable, helpful, and kind. And always pleasant (even when I have to reschedule). I like that we are instructed to do some very simple, light warm up exercises before the adjustment, in that it gets you a better adjustment. And the equipment we use to do this is all scientifically based, so you get this general feeling of well-being, like "Wow, Im really taking good care of myself". After leaving my first visit with them, I dont know if it was physical or mental, but I immediately returned to some healthy eating habits that I had dropped. Also doesnt hurt that they have free coffee/tea/fruit

After visiting multiple chiropractors over the years (for two major back accidents), Dr. Daniel Gonzalez (who goes by "Dr. D") is the first to give me exercises to actually strengthen the muscles that have been causing so much pain. I am (mostly) out of pain for the first time in four years after being a patient here for only one month. The open bay concept used in this office was off-putting at first (been there, done that), but Dr. Ds practice is different in that your adjustments are tailored to your specific problems, your exercise regimen is specific to your needs, and you can consult privately any time. The philosophy here is that you (the patient) have to participate in your healing, something which I believe most people in pain are more than willing to do (!)...but I have personally not found this before now. Another plus is the "membership" plan which makes frequent visits much more affordable (without any contracts) and the friendly and helpful staff (Brandy!) who keeps track of EVERYthing for you! I give this practice a hearty thumbs up.

I absolutely love FHC! Dr. D and the entire staff are all great. They, themselves seem to be close like family. I definitely didnt expect to feel so welcome and so informed so quickly. Doctors offices typically have a sterile air about them, but FHC definitely does not; as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles, sometimes a hug, and they are on a first name basis with all of their patients. Family Health Chiropractic really is a chiropractic practice for the entire family--If youve got children, Dr. D. has treated infants and I see children in the office almost every time I come in for my adjustment, so everyone is welcome! The best part about Family Health Chiropractic is that, in addition to providing great spinal care, they give you the education to continue improving your spinal (and, ultimately, your overall health). I really appreciate the education that I have been receiving, and for as long as I am an Austinite, Dr. D. will be MY chiropractor. Thanks, FHC!

DONT WAIT TIL YOUR HURT TO GO! Dr. Gonzalez is not my first chiropractor, but definitely my last. He is my wifes doctor, but wasnt yet mine. On April 2nd of 2015, I injured my upper back and was suffering from arm pain and numbness. I was in constant pain, was not able to work out and was now relegated to 3-4 hours of sleep a night. To say I was grouchy after two weeks is understating it. Since I live north, I gave another facility a try because of location. It was very "assembly line" and frankly after three visits, I still felt the exact same. At my wifes insistence, I came to Family Health Chiropractic. Significant difference in my injury after just one visit. I also appreciate how FHC take x-rays. I believe its prudent on their part for the safety of the patient as well an effective means for the doctor to diagnose your issue and see what direction he needs to take you in recovery. P.S. They also accept Care Credit!

Dr. Daniel has to be the best, most caring person in the chiropractic industry. His expertise in how the body works if phenominal. He not only makes you feel better mechanically but also spriritually. His staff is great and office is clean. Nicest people in Austin Ive met. Unlike other chiropractic offices that are trying to get you in and out, Dr. Daniel slows down and takes the time to make sure you understand the expectations, helps you feel better, and educates you on what to do next. It does not stop there though. He has a deep knowledge of nutrition as well as usual ailments and what to do about them. Ive known his staff for over 4 years and they are always great. Never received an ounce of conflict even when dealing with my insurance issues. Dr. Daniel does this wonderful thing, hugs. Rarely seen outside of close family and friends, hugs brings a special closeness that you are working together for your total health.

Excellent doesnt begin to pay credit to how wonderful Family Health Chiropratic is. As a person with scoliosis, Ive delt with chronic back pain and discomfort most of my life. I arrived to FHC with low hopes of any sort of pain relief and spine correction. I was, and still am to this day (three years later) beyond grateful and for Dr. Daniels care, support and undivided attention. I continue to experience positive transformation, as hes provided me with the tools for pain relief, spinal maintenence, body strenghtening, and most of all a wealth of knowledge for how to lead a healthy life. To consider myself a patient or to refer to Dr. D and his staff as just that is far too impersonal. These guys are friends to everyone they serve. In fact, theyre family. I would recommend FHC to anyone looking to enhnce their health and overall wellbeing. I cant express how grateful I am to know such wonderful people.
