I waited 45 minutes and then came this pregnant lady who is the member of the staff to tell me I cannot take my 4 yr old inside exactly where are we suppose to leave our kids? And on top of that for them to tell me this after that long wait made me extremely upset. The 3 staff members are standing around talking about what to eat and talking about a previous patient Where is The patient privacy ???? And they asked me to pay before all this bs I obviously got my refund and she has the nerve to ask me to reschedule I said never will I come back to this s#!+ place. Horrible horrible experience! Cant rate the Doc because the staff is hurting thr reputation.

I have been going to Dr. Edwards for a few years now, but only because I lacked the initiative to find a new OB/GYN. Today was different. I found someone else because this is by far the worst office. They DO NOT return phone calls, they are NOT helpful, and they seem to have NO IDEA that we are people AND patients. I recommend you find another doctor that will take care of you, not push you out the door so they can cattle call the next patient in the door.

Great staff, Dr. Edwards was very nice and helpful and I felt comfortable during my visit. Called to ask questions about my perception and the medical staff member answered all my questions and was also very helpful
