If bedside manner is important at all to you, maybe this isnt the best fit. Dian Ginsberg is super knowledgeable about PCOS and I am very sure that her methods work. But I probably wont be going back. Before my visit I listened to her yell at her receptionist from the adjacent room about how if anyone messed up her schedule, she was going to fire them. Her demeanor didnt change very much when she came in to see me. I felt very rushed and very judged. The brief 20 minute consult (for $200!) is not enough time to really get to know my situation. They advertise an individual approach, but mostly all they did was tell me to eat more green stuff and exercise. Revolutionary ideas. I told Dr. Ginsberg that I find exercise difficult to sustain because I find it boring and pointless. Instead of working with me or offering suggestions of types of exercise that are more interesting and meet my PCOS needs, she basically just told me to get over it. The whole session was less a conversation and more a lecture. I didnt even get to ask most of my questions because I felt so uncomfortable. And I really wasnt given very much time anyway. For someone who has seen so many PCOS patients, youd think the doctor would understand a little more about the psychology of her patients and the importance of bedside manner. Shelia, the nutritionist who popped in briefly, was a lot more relatable. I actually considered going back for just the nutritionist visits, but they are pretty expensive and are 100% out of pocket. Dian Ginsberg is very smart, very educated, and very abrasive. I could definitely tell she was looking down on me. Her expertise on the subject just makes it worse when she yells at you though. I need a doctor who treats me like a human and who sees him/herself as human. And that is not Dr. Ginsberg.

I would not recommend this place to anyone that I love. The first time I went there and definitely the last time, I was paying out of pocket. No insurance whatsoever. My balance came down to $250. It was way more than I had budgeted, but I paid anyway. Months later I began to get emails that I was owing $45, the explanation I was given was that the previous amount was wrongly calculated. How is that my fault if the accountant couldnt do simple addition. They kept sending me emails and eventually mails. So, I explained to them that not a dime will I pay in addition to what I had previously paid. Because I find it completely absurd to make anymore payments to the outrageous amount I had already paid. To be fair the doctor I saw that day was very knowledgeable in his field of study. But they charge too much, at least it was for this 21 year old student.

Dr Ta is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I never feel rushed and she has such a polite demeanor. I drive thirty minutes to see her for my prenatal care because I trust her and she takes great care of me. Dr Ta delivered my first baby and thanks to her it was a wonderful experience. I cant say enough great things about her.

Ive seen Dr. Ta the last few visits and both times Ive seen her she is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to listen to my concerns and educate me as well. Best part is she doesnt make you wait in the waiting room or the exam room and is almost immediately at your door once your taken in!

Greedy! Especially Dr. Weathers. They charge money from the patient in addition to the Insurance payment. When I called my insurance company, they said that she should not because I have fulfilled my copay & deductibles. CHEATS!!
