Waited 50 minutes with my two boys for their annual physical exam. This was AFTER we arrived 30 minutes early to fill out their paperwork as we were told to do since we were new patients. Staff just let us wait in the exam room and Doctor finally came in and offered no apologies. So much for caring about the patient and OUR time. Not going back.
