My husband just had his first visit with Dr. Millender and I will give her a 5 star rating from the start. The office staff is very nice and polite on check-in and there was no long wait, The nurse for Dr. Millender was so kind and funny she was was wonderful! Then we got to meet the Doctor, this woman is the most thorough, personable, and friendly doctor I have ever met. she took the time to go over information and print out my husbands medical records from his hospital stay and knew she wanted and had already ordered lab work before she even talked to him, Dr. Millender then came in the room and actually TALKED to us before the exam, and when i say talked I really mean talked and got to know my husband and his medical history for 30- 45 minutes before the exam, she examined him and then set up a plan of action we would go with. I was VERY impressed to say the least and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Millender! I highly recommend this this practice if you are needing a good family physician.

Waited for 1.5 hours in a closed patient room during the first visit. Walked out after 1 hour in a closed patient room during the second visit. Gossiping about the new TV shows is more important to these employees than even checking on a patient in the room to make sure they are okay after waiting for an hour.

Great Experience! Dr.Patel is hands down the BEST DOC! Had a very pleasant experience from the start, great front staff. He was very attentive, caring, intelligent and personable. Never felt rushed, very important to me. Will continue to see him and recommend others as well.

My husband and I came to this facility...the front desk lady is rude! Everytime we come...we can tell u dont like ur job...wait time here is so ridiculous..an hour or More...will not be coming back

NP Crook is wonderful. I think Im a "Houston doctors only" convert. Only bad part is the wait time.
