Its a shame that such an amazing doctor (Yllana Shepperd) has such a horrible staff. The phone system is all automated and nobody returns your call. Each month it is a nightmare trying to get medicine refilled. Ive been going to this office for almost 5 years and its not worth it anymore. Staff is rude and and unresponsive.

This is a most wonderful doctor. She is thorough and explains medical results, procedures, medications, etc. in detail which I can understand. It is my pleasure to be her patient. That entire office of medical doctors is excellent! Marci Crumb

Dr. Shepherd is great. However, we have had so many issues getting her office staff to not only help us, but to acknowledge our presence that it almost isnt worth it.

The staff is horrible. Very hard to get in touch with and not able to speak to Dr when you have a problem. Would highly recommend finding another doctor
