I am so happy! I finally found a family practice clinic for me and my family. The office staff and nurses are great! The Doctors and the PA are great! I can even get my family in the same day when we are sick. Dr. Gross Pierce is our doctor and she always takes the time to listen to you- I never feel rushed. She is AWESOME! We have also seen Dr. Casanova and Gayla Murphy and they are awesome as well. If you are looking for a friendly office that works for you and has great doctors, this is the place!!

I have always had pleasant experiences with Kingwood Family Practice, but today they lost an established patient because they do not sign government forms or Medicaid forms. Ive been disabled for 3 years and now have to find a Primary Care Doctor who can accommodate their patients and who cares about their established patients. The lady on the phone was rude and ignorant.... Id recommend you try another doctor for your medical needs.

My entire famikly is very impressed with this physician practice. My husband is especially impressed, and he is the hardest to please, due to his very high expectations. We feel the doctors and nurse practioners are all very thorough and I would recommend any of them to a friend. The staff are also very kind and patient with us. I am very grateful for having finally found the best family practice!

Just had my 1st visit, they were all very nice. Liked how they call you, and dont wait for you to call them. No co-pay for a physical. Doctor was very nice, she didnt seem cold or too busy like allot of doctors will do! Nurse staff was very friendly. Appt was for 230pm. They called me back about 10 minutes early, and I was in my car by 315pm!!!

Saw Dr Weaver for a knee injury, was given a knee brace and told to pick up an anti-inflammatory prescription. Office never called in prescription, took 3 hours to return a phone call, and I then was told that there was no prescription, just take ibuprofen. Office is obviously unorganized, wasted my time and money coming here.

They frequently let phones go to the answering machine during office hours. For a professional practice, the turnover of physicians and PAs is a bother - Cassanova is gone, so is Gayla. Ive been going here for 7 years, and have seen a new person at most well-check visits.

It seems they are never open if you take into consideration the amount of time there phones roll over to there answering machine. If and when you do speak to a live person, they are short, not helpful and act as if youve called at the worst time...

The doctors, PA and staff are great! It is pretty easy to get into when you need an appointment! They never rush you and listen to all your complaints, lol! You also never have to wait for long periods of time in the waiting room!

The staff is very rude and unfriendly. I will not give them another penny. I pay them so they can hang up the phone on me. They never return your call and they do not answer the phone.

Rude service. Tracy was not willing to work around my two week notification of a Dr followup. Provide a rigid clinical atmosphere when trying to receive care.

Never answer phones! So frustrating. My doctors office cant even get ahold of them to get referral. Switching PCPs. I do not recommend them.
